This gorgeous FULLY REMODELED Gulf-front condo is the ultimate vacation getaway. Located on Sanibel's desirable east end, this light and bright top floor corner unit features spectacular ocean views and a classic Florida cottage style sure to make you feel at home. Enjoy gentle breezes on the lanai as you watch pelicans dive and dolphins play in the surf. Multiple sandbars create a shelling and birding paradise.

The serenity of the beach is mirrored in the interior of our Sanibel cottage. Bead board paneling, soft tropical colors, and wood and iron accents lend a Pottery Barn flair to every room. The master bedroom overlooks the sparkling blue Gulf. The second bedroom and bathroom function as a guest suite with a door that can close off both rooms for additional privacy. The fully-equipped kitchen has granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and a wood-topped island.

Beach chairs, large Tommy Bahama beach umbrellas, pool inflatables, sand toys, two sets of golf clubs, and other extras enable you to make the most of your visit. Once you stay at Gulf Beach #207, you'll want to return year after year to enjoy everything our 'home away from home' has to offer.

About Owner/Manager

As a child, I started visiting Sanibel in 1966. It became a family tradition to vacation here every year since. Now my wife and three children have fallen in love with the island. We prefer the tranquil east end with great shelling, walking on the beach to the lighthouse and fishing pier, bike riding on miles of scenic trails and fantastic fishing. We can never get enough of Sanibel! We think you will love it too!

Location! Location! Location!

We love the quiet east end. With both gulf and bay beaches to enjoy and the lighthouse nearby, there's lots to explore within walking distance. Enjoy a short hike to Pinnochio's where you can taste award-winning ice cream and visit the Lighthouse Cafe next door for its world-famous breakfast.

We were drawn to the small size of the complex with its quiet pool and secluded beach. We also fell in love with the view and the light-filled, top floor corner unit. This unit had everything we had hoped for!

Loved our winter break!

Jeff, thanks so much for the New Years Eve gift. We appreciated it! Our stay at Gulf Beach was terrific. The accommodations were perfect, the management staff helpful and the view was just as the doctor ordered. We enjoyed recharging for the new year. Even the weather cooperated! We'll be back again. Paradise Found!

Wow! Somehow this condo was even more beautiful than the pictures. Nestled in the corner of the top floor, this unit was filled with natural light and the sounds of the sea. The lanai was heavenly. We had the pool to ourselves and appreciated the well-stocked storage closet with great chairs, umbrellas and beach toys. The owners had also just installed a new Bosch dishwasher. Everything was perfect. Thanks for the wonderful stay. We can't wait to come back.

The king mattress was truly luxurious and the view and experience of the lanai was stunning. We had the pool to ourselves and appreciated the fully stocked storage closet filled with chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys. The owners had just put in a new Bosch dishwasher too. Everything was perfect. Thanks for the wonderful stay. We can't wait to return to Gulf Beach 207!

Beautiful condo with direct beach view

We LOVED this beautiful condo!!! It is even better than we had hoped for.

The view is amazing. We hear the waves and wind in palm trees below at night. Love the screened-in lanai and fully renovated kitchen (well-equipped. There is everything we needed). The decor is beautiful, serene and tasteful. Towels are thick, and the master bathroom is large. Everything is perfect!

The location is perfect - quiet and close to everything by bike. We left our car in the lot and rode bikes all over the island. The building is well-maintained and clean, and quiet.

The chairs and sun umbrella are all quality equipment.

We will be back!

Wonderful gulf view condo!

We really enjoyed our week here. The condo is great and master bed was so nice and comfy. It also wasn't busy when we were here and we had the whole pool to ourselves. The pool was nice, clean and warm! We definitely recommend this property to anyone. *my husband likes to grill on a gas grill which isn't available. Just 1 small charcoal grill is on the property and it was pretty dirty. We just ate out more! 😚

Great Home Away from Home

We stayed the last week in April 2015 and found this unit to be very nice. I agree with all the positive comments about this unit. Friends and family stayed in two other units at this location and they weren't nearly as nice as this one. The impressive beach towels in the master bedroom and beach accessories for fun located in the closet downstairs were greatly appreciated. Having an elevator was an added bonus in moving in and out. I enjoyed the location. One of my favorite spots was the screened-in balcony. Ceiling fans in bedrooms are also greatly appreciated and the master bath was lovely and functional. Because we had so many people dropping by to visit, I would like to suggest they get an ice maker for the refrigerator. It was hard to keep up the ice with so many visitors. We had a small problem that was almost immediately corrected. It is important to have a good mgt. company when renting property. I highly recommend this unit. It is beautifully decorated and a great location. We got to go to the Farmer's Market on the Saturday we arrived. We picked up some delicious fruit, corn, and tomatoes. I understand that the Farmer's Market is only open on Saturdays in the months October through April.
