We made this reservation last minute. Sri was very accommodating with helping our small group. Thanks!
We were very pleased with the location and bones of this property. Very easy access to all of North Beach in a relatively quiet area. All the appliances were newer. The furniture inside was adequate, but worn. Truthfully, we were okay with the condition of the furniture, but what was most upsetting was the lack of cleanliness upon arrival. Dustballs in corners and under every bed which were easily noticeable because of the dark wood floors. The bed sheets were stained or not clean, we couldn't be sure of which. We laundered one whole bed before sleeping the first night. All the bedding was well used and needs replacement. We called management and they sent someone the next morning, but first impressions don't fade easily. Rent with caution.
I've used Boutikia for a number of years and have always been impressed by both the service levels from them and the outstanding quality of the properties at affordable prices for SF.
The latest one I've just stayed in even surpassed the usual uber high standards!!
This was an excellent rental. Great location in the heart of the city, near both Little Italy and Chinatown with stores and restaurants in walking distance. Well maintained and stocked, plenty of bedding and linens and the beds were comfortable. Staff was very responsive and helpful when I contacted them with questions. With the downtown location, do be aware that parking is not ideal. Street parking has 2 hour limit from 8am-9pm Monday - Saturday. The recommended public lot will allow in and out and overnight parking for around $40/day, however, it is a several steep hills climbs to the lot and back, so if mobility is an issue, this may not be the best location. Otherwise, great place to stay.
Great location - nice flat well mantained - no problems
We really enjoyed our stay in this property. The property was very clean and was fully "stocked" with dishes, kitchen appliances, towels, etc. It is in a great location and our family walked to Chinatown, Fisherman's Wharf and Coit Tower, as well as exploring throughout the area. There are several markets close by, including one just across the street, as well as a larger grocery store about a 20 minute walk. Lots of transit options close by. The neighborhood has numerous restaurants and bars within walking distance. The management company was easy to work with and went "above and beyond" by mailing to our home a book we forgot in the property. We look forward to our next SF vacation and would certainly consider staying in this property again.
