Relax your mind and enjoy a slower pace at our beautiful 4 bedroom/3 bathroom cabin located in a gated community in Pigeon Forge. The cabin also has a security system giving you even more peace of mind. Wagon Wheel Trail is a peaceful retreat that is tucked into a wooded setting, but still only minutes from all the area attractions, including Dollywood, Splash County, shopping and restaurants. Although the road leading up to the cabin is pretty steep, it’s also fairly short and well worth it.
Enjoy the fantastic views of Mt. Leconte from any of the 3 balconies. The balconies all have rocking chairs so you can sit and enjoy the serene mountain views and maybe even spot some of the local wildlife. The hot tub is located on the lower balcony on the side of the cabin with no neighbors giving you privacy, and seclusion.
The main floor of the cabin opens to an inviting living area with a large stone fireplace, a kitchen stocked with everything needed to cook a great meal, and a dining area featuring a sassafras table and chairs. Located on this main floor you will also find a spacious bedroom with a king size log bed, a hallway bathroom with jetted tub, and a washer/dryer. Upstairs is a master king suite with private bathroom and balcony. The lower level offers a queen bedroom, game room, children’s bedroom and shared bathroom. The children’s room features a bunk bed and a very unique covered wagon bed. The game room includes a pool table, darts and a tabletop arcade with over 100 classic games including Pac Man, Galaga and Frogger.
Wagon Wheel Trail is the perfect place for the whole family to get together and enjoy some quality time away from the hustle and bustle of our normally very busy lives.
We’ve stocked our cabin with all the conveniences of home and hope that you’ll enjoy staying here as much as our family does.

The Wagon Wheel was the perfect cabin to stay in the Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area. It was not far from any of the attractions. The views were incredible. The cabin was cute and clean and a really peaceful place to stay for our kids and extended family. We enjoyed the game room and hot tub. The cabin had everything for everyone, including baby. It was nice to be able to wake up, make breakfast, and enjoy time with our family in the Great Smoky Mountains. Thank you. We had a wonderful vacation at the Wagon Wheel.
The wagon wheel was great. We had a great vacation with our kids and grandkids plus the granddog. The cabin is awesome for multi family's. Plenty of room. The beds are very comfortable. It come with everything you need. The only thing we thought it could use was a griddle for pancakes and French toast in the mornings, but that's a personal choice. It had great features we loved the ironing board hanger, the pillows are to die for. It even has everything you need for a baby. Jim and Teresa thought of family when they furnished the cabin. Parking is fun. My husband jokes now and says he can go take his CDL and pass after backing into the front. Lol.... Great place , great location.
The Campbell family
We just spent 8 days in the cabin with 4 adults and 2 children with more than enough room. The cabin was very well supplied with everything we needed and more when we arrived. The only thing we needed to bring was food. The pictures don't do the view justice at all. It is within easy reach of everything in Pigeon Forge and the surrounding area but far enough away from the hustle and bustle which there is plenty of in town. We will definitely be back. Thank you so much for sharing your cabin.
This was a beautiful cabin. Had everything we needed, from utensils, dishes, crockpot to linens. The cabin was very clean, and the kids and adults had a ball with the arcade and pool table. The beds were very comfortable and the area was quiet. Had lots of movies to choose from too. It does have a rather steep driveway, but once you figure out where you are going it's not so bad. Jim and Teresa were very helpful with any questions we had and responded very quickly. Thanks again. Had an awesome vacation!
The cabin was great for our family! Very clean, well stocked and the layout was perfect for multiple families with kids. The view was amazing and the kids loved the game room with pool table and arcade games. Quiet and relaxing location but still very close and convenient to PF, Dollywood, etc. Great trip and kids already asking to go back!
It was easy to work with Jim when planning, paying and staying at his cabin. He was speedy quick in returning emails, texts and calls. The AC went out and Jim had someone there to fix it within the hour. You don't know how important that is until you are on vacation with a temperature sensitive kid and the heat is rising...it had only gotten to 75 degrees before the issue was fixed. Others have said how comfortable the beds are. I can attest to this. We have a tempur pedic mattress at home and it is difficult to sleep elsewhere. This was almost as comfortable as home. The cabin had everything we needed; from a variety of extra pillows and soft blankets to kitchen items. There were only 5 of us in the unit but room for at least 5 more. Kid's room is super cute, but we didn't need to use it or it's bedding for 3. Pet friendly was a plus for us. The cabin was clean and didn't smell...musty/closed up or like pets. He had an assortment of videos to share. We left one behind to add to his collection. The location has it's ups and downs. I loved that it was a decent distance from the city, but not too far. About 10 minutes off the parkway lets you play in town and be back at the cabin to relax in a short drive. The view off the 3 balconies was superb! We caught some wonderful sunrises and some beautiful pictures of the mountains through some clouds. The down of the cabin location: It is on a really steep hill. Cars can manage fine in dry weather. My guess is you couldn't make it up in the snow. This is a unit that I would definitely rent again and refer others to. Thank you Jim and Theresa for sharing your beautiful mountain home.
