Sedona House Rental Photos and Description

3 Bedrooms + Office, 2 Baths (Sleeps 10)

Enjoy a Weekend Getaway, Weekly or Monthly vacation home that is clean and comfortable with awesome red rock views all around you, especially of well known Bell Rock and Courthouse Butte from your front living room. We have a private, spacious and grassy back yard with a partially covered patio for relaxing with a margarita or beer. It looks & feels like paradise. Hopefully you'll spot some wildlife in the yard as we frequently have. A variety of fruit trees grow in the back yard. Enjoy the red rock views with a cup of espresso in the morning from the covered front porch too. There is a private upper deck for sunbathing, eating, or taking great pictures of your group with the view in the background. There's a garage and a carport and additional parking for everyone in your party. Also a great JW Home. Paper products, handsoap, spices provided.

Bell Rock Beauty

  • 5 of 5

I live in Las Vegas and had family arriving from the east coast to help me bury my husband's ashes at our favorite spot in Sedona. Karen's house was the best fit since we had 7 adults...2 couples and 3 singles. (Two other couples stayed elsewhere.) All of the bed options gave us privacy, and the large well-equipped kitchen/dining room provided for the best way for all of us to enjoy breakfast and a barbeque one of the two nights we stayed. Although it was a sad occasion that brought us together, there was so much laughter coming from the house I hope the neighbors didn't complain! The views are fantastic and the neighborhood is very quiet. Karen's house is the best place to stay with a family/group while enjoying one of the most beautiful places on earth.

B-T-W...if you book a Pink Jeep Tour, ask for Duff as your guide. Once he knew we were all related (and are obviously adult), the jokes and laughter were nonstop for two hours! It made what could have been a sad day one that we will all remember with smiles. Also, check out Maria's for really good Mexican food (at the Chevron intersection). I've been going there for years and have never had a bad meal.

Wonderful stay for a weekend wedding

  • 5 of 5

This home provided just what we needed for our stay in Sedona for our nephew's wedding. It's location is beautiful and close to town. It was very spacious as we had family from New Mexico and Ventura also staying there. The owner, Karen, was a pleasure to work with and very responsive to all our inquiries. My only regret was that we couldn't spend more time enjoying the upper deck views and the gorgeous backyard landscaping. I would not hesitate to book another stay (longer of course) at this home. Thank you Karen!!

Hated to leave

  • 5 of 5

Such a great experience all around. We would rent Karen's home again, no question. Well appointed, clean, lots of bedding and towels. So many places to enjoy the incredible views. Our kids kept disappearing to play on the rooftop patio. Loved the residential area and the easy walk to the friendly grocery. Great spot for getting to the many hiking options nearby. So sad to leave!

Great location, great views, great house!

  • 5 of 5

We stayed at this property with our family of five for spring break. It was truly amazing. The house is well appointed with plenty of space and an amazing roof top deck with views of the stars and red rocks. The kids did not want to leave. It is about 15-20 minutes outside of Sedona and for us it was perfect being outside the hustle and bustle of Sedona but close enough to enjoy it all. I would highly recommend it.

spring break with family - PRICELESS

  • 5 of 5

We just returned from a large family spring break trip to Sedona, AZ. We got lucky and found Karen's rental home. It truly exceeded our expectations. Close to everything, clean, well stocked, gorgeous home. As everyone has said prior, the views were spectacular from the home. We spent a lot of time on the outdoor patio, soaking up the sun, watching the sunset on the beautiful rocks, and staring at the stars at night!!! It was the perfect distance from the craziness of downtown Sedona, and near all hiking and sightseeing. We are already talking about returning and will definitely stay at Karen's place. I'd recommend the Pink Jeep Tours, hiking at Bell Rock, Chapel Rock, driving Oak Creek Canyon, stopping by the Chapel, watching sunset at the Airport Mesa, eating at Oak Creek Brewery, and making a day trip to Grand Canyon. A truly priceless trip!!!!!

Great View, Great location, Lots of space

  • 5 of 5

Wonderful week at this lovely home. Karen was very prompt with my inquiries and although we never met she made sure the house was spotless when we arrived. We came in late from Phoenix and six wild pigs happened to be in the front yard to great us! The kitchen is well stocked and the coffee pot in the morning with filters was greatly appreciated (byo coffee). Stop at the IGA a few blocks away to pick up your supplies for your stay. We ate out most of the week as there a plenty of good restaurants in the area. Highly recommend the Red Rock Cafe for breakfast (next to IGA) or the Sedona Golf Course 35 Ridge Trail Drive for breakfast with views. If you are a golfer we preferred the Sedona Golf Course over Oak Creek. Better scenery, better groomed, less congestion, better restaurant and golf shop. There are plenty of linens in the closets for extra beds. We had nine stay comfortably for the weekend and were able to get three large cars in the driveway. Unfortunately, we put the late sleepers in the master with one bath while seven of the early risers used the hall bath. Our mistake. There is a sleeper sofa in one bedroom and another in the office/laundry room. We elected not to use the third sleeper sofa in the main living room so everyone could have their own space. No one complained about the sleeper sofas as there is plenty of padding available for making up the beds. The TV (to our knowledge) only played netflix movies as we couldn't get cable or a local channel. No problem as we don't take a vacation to watch TV. Plenty of games in one of the bedrooms. There are ceiling fans in the rooms if needed. The heat was off when we arrived but the house was well insulated as we never had any problems with temperatures inside the house. Wi fi worked very well. You also can't beat this house for the views and the location. Oak Creek doesn't have the traffic of Sedona and is still accessible to everything. We never got to use the outdoor grill. Would love to rent this home again for a month next time as there is so much to do and see in this area. House is well stocked with books and brochures for planning your time. Thanks Karen and John for sharing this home with us. Note: If you are coming from Phoenix and like pies you need to stop at the Rock Springs Cafe ( on the way up or back from Sedona.
