Balsam Lake Cabin Rental Photos and Description

Cabin, 3 Bedrooms + Sunroom, 1 Bath, (Sleeps 6-8)

Welcome to our beautiful cabin on White Ash Lake. This is a fully recreational lake where you can ski or fish. This is a two bedroom cabin with Queen size beds and a huge loft with a king size bed upstairs. There is a west-facing front porch where you can watch the sunset. There is a fully furnished bathroom with shower and towels included. The kitchen is fully furnished with microwave, stove, refrigerator, coffee pot, dishes, pots, pans etc...

The lake provides a fishing boat for fishing (no motor). Great swimming with a private dock and raft to swim out to. We have a canoe and paddle boat also to use. Two public landings are available if you want to bring your own boat for waterskiing or jet skiing. Our lake has all kinds of fish including bass, sunfish, northerns, muskies, etc.. There are tons of lakes nearby also.

At the end of the day you can watch the sunset and eat smores at our fire pit. This provides 8 chairs to sit by the fire. Smoking is only allowed outside. We also allow dogs but please clean up after them.

This is a great get away for scrapbookers, quilters, and crafters on our off season (September-May).

Keywords: Beautiful cabin on fully recreational lake.

About The Owner

We are a family with two boys. We all love the outdoors and love to waterski and boat. We would like to share our cabin with you when we are not enjoying it. We hope that you have as much fun here as we do.

The Owner purchased this cabin in 2000

Why The Owner chose Northern Wisconsin

We chose to build our cabin here because it was so beautiful right next to the water.

What makes this cabin unique

My favorite thing is to sit by the fire and watch the beautiful sunsets. My kids love to swim and fish. There is so much to do here we run out of daylight hours.

This was exactly what my family was looking for. The fishing was great. Off the dock or around the lake. I brought my own trolling motor and used it on the aluminum boat provided with the home. The lake was beautiful. Most of the usage on the lake was pontoon boats or fisherman. My kids loved swimming here. My daughter who is 8 and wife loved the paddle boat that was provided. We had the perfect evenings roasting marshmallows and making s'mores in the fire pit area. Very relaxing. The home was beautiful and very clean. This was very spacious. Plenty of room for the 5 of us. All the amenities of home. Comfortable beds, spacious kitchen, beautiful view from deck, and the neighbors you may encounter while you are out and about were very nice. Town is about a 15 minute ride away. You can get anything in town at the Wal Mart. If you stay here something you have to do is visit the St Croix national park. Take the big paddle boat ride. My family also visited the mall of America on the only day that it rained. Perfect indoor get away on a rainy day. It is about an hour and 15 minute drive. But well worth it. You can spend all day there. All in all this was a perfect vacation. Thank you to the owners. You were a pleasure to rent from and I will be recommending this home to everyone I talk to about our vacation.
