About Jackie Abramian

Our family moved from Massachusetts to Kittery, ME in 2003 when we fell in love with the farm compound. Our vacation renters fully enjoy their time at our property - and most return on annual basis.

We look forward to welcoming you to our property - and share the beauty of the seasons with you and your family.

Why Jackie Abramian chose Kittery

Our dairy farm compound - which includes the Farmhouse - offers a unique history of American farmland - established in 1890 as the Moulton Family farm and operated as a dairy farm until 1950's.

The sprawling acres where once cows grazed now welcome guests to relax and enjoy nature's changing scenes.

What makes this house unique

The house is a year-round rental - ideal for summer and winter vacationers and executives in need of short and long-term stays. We offer kayaks for guests who want to enjoy Spruce Creek's beautiful islands and get a front seat view of unique homes that line the edges of the Creek.

Also for groups - we offer Victorian Tea-Time events in our barn - for $30/pp. Reservations must be made in advance.

A Home Away From Home

  • 3 of 5

The house nicely accommodated our group of six. We love how we felt at home. The kitchen is huge. Our group enjoyed the close proximity to shops and outlets. Kayaking was a big hit! The owners/hosts were extremely gracious. We encountered some problems, but they did their best to make things right. Be advised that the steps to the upstairs are very steep. Also, two of the mattresses upstairs are futon type mattresses. Overall, we had a good experience.

Beautiful Property, Great Location!

  • 5 of 5

My family and I loved staying at this well maintained property. It has an amazing location near the Kittery outlets and is also just 5-10 minutes to York's famous Long Sands/Short Sands beaches. If you enjoy kayaking, the owners also have three kayaks that you can take out and explore the neighboring waterways. Our thanks to Jackie and her family for their gracious hospitality!

Great location and owners

  • 5 of 5

We rented the farmhouse with friends to stay the weekend for a wedding we attended in Kittery. The farmhouse far exceeded my expectations. It was very cozy, clean, and well kept. It was spacious with plenty of cozy nooks to provide room for everyone. We had 4 cars and there was plenty of parking. The owners are beyond accommodating and are truly wonderful people. My only regret is that we weren't able to stay longer than just the weekend!

Great location and space

  • 4 of 5

Great location, quiet spot but easy driving into Kittery or up and down the coast, we especially enjoyed visiting York, Ogunquit, Portland and Portsmouth.

The farmhouse is very spacious, the bedrooms are a good size and the kitchen is well kitted out.

The kayaks were an added bonus, the owners were very helpful and my husband and kids enjoyed their time on the river.

I would mention that the stairs are very steep so not suitable for small children or elderly! my two (10 & 14) were fine and liked choosing which room to have, there are two large bedrooms downstairs and three upstairs.

I would definitely recommend this vacation spot.

Welcomed relaxation!

  • 5 of 5

If I travel again for more than a couple days, the stay at this farmhouse will make me think twice about booking a hotel. There was so much space for our family and my sisters that stayed here. The wrap around porch was great in the morning for coffee and in the evening for a night cap. A full dining table allowed us to eat together, play games and enjoy the company while having enough rooms to allow for our own relaxation time.

The owner is great! She was very flexible and available if we needed anything. The location is so close to all the shopping of Kittery and Portsmouth, NH but the road it sits on is quiet and you forget how close you are to the hustle and bustle.

There were plenty of linens, kitchen items and even a washer and dryer available in the house. And the grounds were beautiful as well!

The upstairs is great for kids to escape into their own area with a play room and couple of bedrooms along with a full bath.

I look forward to visiting this farmhouse again in the future!
