For the price of one hotel room you get 2 bedrooms, a living room and your own granite-countered kitchen so you can save a fortune not having to eat every meal at an expensive restaurant! Whole Foods supermarket is steps away!
This 2 bedroom comes fully furnished with high quality furniture - classic solid cherry four poster beds, a pull-out couch, leather chairs, and even has a new 52” wide flat panel high definition television and DVD player!
Public parking garage is just steps away
Minimum rental period: 30 nights. Rentals begin on 1st of the month and end of the last day of a month unless preapproved by owner. All renters must sign a rental agreement which we are required to file with our building management as per condo rules.
Why not have it all?
We took a risk booking for January (those hills are steep!) but we were rewarded with outstanding weather and a perfect location. Everything was as advertised: the location can't be beat, the two bedrooms were quite comfortable, and the kitchen is very charming. The radiators were a tad temperamental (sometimes too hot sometimes too cold) but we managed to get the temp just right with some adjustments. The apartment is small but very cozy, and the floor plan makes it easy to navigate the space. The mattresses are superb (and that's no small thing!). Jeff, who managed the details for us, was very responsive and helpful. Overall, a delightful stay at a reasonably priced, superbly located place to see Boston!
This apartment is in a great location, near market and easy walking to tours and resturants. The owner was a gem to work with and every helpful. Looking foward to returning soon for part two of our vacation.
This is a cosy, clean and homely apartment in a historic location. Beacon Hill is a great spot and the apartment is also ideally located to walk to downtown, North end, common and evening back bay. 5 min to shops and restaurants in Charles Street. Very efficient booking via Tom
The location of this apartment was perfect for our purposes--which included both business and some sight-seeing. Though small, the apartment has everything needed for a pleasant stay. With Whole Foods just a couple of blocks away, it was extremely easy to set up house for our short stay. I was also pleased with how simple it was to check in and out. All in all, it's a wonderful place to stay in the middle of historic Boston.
