The condominium is 'right on the beach and walking distance to restaurants, bars and all amenities. There is a private beachfront clubhouse where you have the facility of self catering with kitchen/bar area. There is a beautiful infinity edge swimming pool and spa and direct access to a lovely stretch of sandy beach.

The condominium is fully equipped and furnished to a high standard. The top of the line kitchen includes a full cooker/oven, side by side refrigerator/freezer with water dispenser, microwave, stainless steel hood. There is a laundry room in the unit with separate washer and dryer. Two double bedrooms with comfortable new mattresses, two full bathrooms, living/dining room with breakfast bar and granite countertops. Spacious balcony with breathtaking ocean views. Large flat screen TV and cable TV with English speaking channels. This condominium is very comfortably furnished. Roof top terrace with spa and bar area. Elevator to 4th floor where condo is located. We bought the condo because we love the town of San Juan del Sur and we

wanted to enjoy a slower, more laid back lifestyle. When we spend time

at the condo we're lounging by the pool, walking the beach, enjoying the

great restaurants and bars and at the end of the day we're watching the

sunset from the spa-tub on the roof top terrace.

We chose to buy our vacation rental in San Juan Del Sur because we loved the unspoilt quaint town, the friendliness of its inhabitants and the wonderful amenities. We chose our unit because it had everything we dreamt of as a second home,like incredible breathtaking ocean views, its location 'right on the beach' the amenities such as the owners clubhouse and the incredible infinity edge pool and spa. The condominium is of a high quality construction, very spacious and comfortable. The balcony where we spend most of the time offers fabulous views of the whole bay of San Juan Del Sur - a delight especially at night time. Whether we spend a two week vacation or longer this home offers all the comforts and amenities that we would have in our main home in Canada

What makes this condo unique

We love our Beachfront condominium as it is located RIGHT ON THE BEACH in a peaceful surrounding and yet WALKING DISTANCE to the quaint and unspoilt town of SAN JUAN DEL SUR where we can avail of all amenities like the wonderful variety of restaurants and bars. The local inhabitants are very friendly and always willing to help. The access to the development is on paved roads and there is a wonderful Clubhouse and Infinity edge pool and spa to enjoy. If you ever get a power shortage in the village of San Juan del Sur it does not affect our condominium as the development has its own Electrical Generator guaranteeing electricity at all times. Like wise we have a back up water supply tanks so we are never short of water. This is a very important feature that ensures a hassle free vacation. It is also a very secure area as the development is gated and offers 24 hr security

We loved staying at Christine's unit. The beach is a couple of steps away, the unit is pristine and very well equipped and we were away from all of the noise.

condo review

The view from the condo was beautiful! The condo was neat and clean. There was a plumbing problem while we were there, but Christine took care of it right away. The only problem we had was a barking dog across the street but you have to expect this in a residential neighborhood. The driver Vladimire was a tremendous help with the language and getting us around. We would definitely go back again someday.

Visit to San Juan

Our first impression upon arriving was one of disappointment as the description was some what incorrect. The condo development is beachfront but the condo I rented is not beachfront it's parking lot frontage and about 40 m from the beach. There is a big difference when you are on the balcony overlooking a parking lot and a beach. Upon entering the condo it was not clean the stainless steel appliances while beautiful were disgusting, along with other things that were not clean. I emailed Christine and she immediatly had the condo re cleaned. Ours was not the only unit not cleaned to a high standard. The outside complex is very well maintained, the pool is gorgeous and the amenities by the pool were excellent. It would have really helped to have wifi by the pool as we still needed to work and it was a great inconvenience to have to run back up to the condo. The security guards were professional and we appreciated their presence. We tried to use the roof top hot tub but was never working, and our fridge continued to pour huge amounts of water on the floor. Although the maid came to clean this mess up it never got fixed during our stay. We enjoyed Vladimir the on site manager he was extremely professional and looked after our every need. He drove us anywhere, anytime and recommended the best food in town! He made himself available 24 hours a day. We enjoyed the walk into town on the beach but we would get a car next time as we always seemed to need something and you can't walk to the Pali grocery store. Taxi was not expensive though. The condo development is on the best part of the beach. I would recomend the condo but just know what you are paying for. My expectations would have been different.

Owner's Response: Thank you for taking the time to send a property review regarding your stay in the condo property and I am sorry that you experienced a leak from the refrigerator whilst you were staying there. On finding out I contacted Bladimir, the onsite manager who visited you. He confirmed to me that it was not critical and that it would be best to get the plumber in when you left as you only had another day. I am sorry that the cleaner did not do her job as good as is required . On contacting me I sent the cleaner the following day and as per your email she did a good job. Our standard of cleaning is high and this should not have happened The development is a Beachfront development consisting of 3 buildings all with different views etc. In my initial reply to your enquiry I did state that the condo has ‘Direct beach access from the Pool area’. The views from this property are Amazing as commented by all who stay there. If you read the reviews on VRBO you will see comments like Review 1/9/11 ‘ There is a lovely view of the ocean from the balcony and it’s a short walk through the parking area to the pool area” Review 7/7/11 ‘Beautiful Views’ Review 8/27/12 “ The view and the condo are exactly like the pictures on the website ….the view is just BETTER when you are there….Review on 1/5/12 ‘ The condo was everything Christine had represented it to be’ Your email of Nov 24th to me states ‘We have been enjoying our time here at the condo! Vladimir Has been very helpful. Thank you for your comments about the supermarket Pali. It is a little distance to walk but most renters do buy from the local stores in town. Finally, I thank you for choosing our condo to stay – our renters are valuable to us and we will always strive to give the best service possible.

Family trip

My family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids, 8 and 12 years old) had a really good time in this condo of San Juan del Sur).

The view and the condo are exactly like the pictures on the website...the view is just better when you are there!

All the commodities are there and perfect.

Terry was a good guide when we arrived.

The only downside is the distance of walk from downtown (about 20 minutes under the sun or at night)

There are two ways to walking into the town and that is along the beach or across the foot bridge. Some renters do it in slightly less time however I would definately recommend a taxi for a fare of $3 - $4 if it is after dark or if it is a really hot day. Hope to see you back again some day.

What a perfect setting to enjoy all the area has to offer. Our family enjoyed every minute we were there. We had our vacation cut short due to a family emergency and Christine and Terry made sure that we could enjoy the precious moments we were there. The accommodations were first class and WHEN we go back we will be working it through Christine and Terry once again. Great central location to explore and in our case, surf and fish. Five stars!

Excelente lugar. El apartamento está muy bien ubicado, es moderno, la decoración es linda, la vista desde el balcón es espectacular y tiene las comodidades necesarias para no extrañar la casa.
