This is a GORGEOUS 1930s NEW MEXICAN CASA in a WONDERFUL NEIGHBORHOOD!!! Read our reviews to see how our guests love it! Our per-person pricing allows for lower rates for smaller groups!

Casa Margarita is in a quiet, serene neighborhood. Yet, walk a few short blocks to RT. 66 some of Albuquerque’s best restaurants, shops, galleries, coffee, groceries, salons, theatre, UNM, and more.

- 3 or 4 bedroom: the one story 3-bdrm, 2 bath, main house is spacious and beautiful. The gorgeous detached Casita is optional add on @$49/nt or $299/wk

- refrigerated air conditioning (a real bonus in Albuquerque as most homes have Swamp Coolers)

- sink into the wonderful Jet tub

- large-screen HDTVs with DirecTV/DVR (record your favorite shows & games for viewing after a day of sightseeing)

- gourmet's kitchen with everything you need

- cozy private patio with full-sized gas BBQ grill

Very nice house, comfortable, and in a great location.

Everything you need and more. The Casita was a great addition providing a separate living area for privacy. We enjoyed our stay very much and all the logistics went flawlessly. I highly recommend this house to anyone.

Nice quiet neighborhood

Five of us siblings & spouses were in Albuquerque for a family wedding and Carol's place provided perfect home-away-from-home for 6 nights. We found the place immaculate. We didn't do any cooking but the kitchen would have been more than adequate to prepare meals for our group. The house was within easy walking distance to many wonderful restaurants. We felt safe walking home after dinner several nights. One of us stayed in the casita and it was delightful and modern. Carol was very thoughtful in changing the door lock combination to one of our phone numbers! We would stay here again next time we visit Albuquerque.

Home away from home

Great little house. Very comfortable and well appointed. Very clean and well supplied. Wonderful private courtyard. The owner was easy to contact, pleasant to work with and quick respond to any question or concern. The neighborhood was convenient to local businesses and the airport, yet quiet and quaint. Family members took walks each morning to different surrounding areas and almost always found something interesting. I would stay there again and I would recommend to anyone. Thank you Carol for making what was a special trip all that much the better. :)

The Nob Hill Casa is wonderful!

Our family stayed in the Nob Hill home while we were in Albuquerque for my mother's 85th birthday. My husband and I stayed in the Casita and the kids and grandkids stayed in the house; it was a great set-up for our family. The house is comfortable and the kitchen is well-equipped. The house is nicely decorated and we enjoyed the pictures of the local scene. We were able to walked to the shops and restaurants on Central; the location is great! I recommend this home, you will not be disappointed!

Very clean and well equipped. 2 car garage for use

We have had a great stay at Carol's house. It was perfect for our group of 4. We were at opposite sides of the house. It was private for us. The locking system on doors was nice because you didn't need a key. The kitchen was equipped with we could need, there was even a extra coffee insulated coffee carafe. Television sets were great. Bathrooms were very small but was fine for us. Cute!

It was right in the Nob Hill area. Very close to our uncle's home. Also 2 car garage with washer/dryer.

Beautiful and spacious home

Carol's house was great for a large family group who came to visit Albuquerque. The house was clean and well-kept. The rooms had ample space and the casita was beautiful and provided the extra space needed for our group of 10. The house is located in a quiet yet central neighborhood that is close to great restaurants and shops and just a few minutes away from many attractions. Will definitely recommend for a group of 6+.

To maintain the historical nature of our home in this historical neighborhood, we have kept the original 12-pane windows. We do not allow opening of these windows as they are very difficult to close and no longer have screens. Our very powerful air conditioning system keeps the home cool and comfortable in the summers.
