Our condo is AWESOME, just look at our reviews, guest love us and our only condo, (our second home). Once you settle back and relax in our condo you will know without a doubt this is the vacation spot and condo you have been looking for. The newly decorated condo on the top floor is nothing short of being absolutely amazing with a view that's spectacular.

Words cannot describe the view in the morning from the penthouse balcony watching the Dolphins play; it's truly a blessing to rise early, grab a Danish, a cup of coffee, then enjoy the wonders of the Gulf from the balcony. After a day on the beach or a day of shopping, watching the sun set over the emerald-green waters from the balcony is breath taking and romantic.

One will quickly discover that Celadon Beach Resort is one of the most luxurious condominiums located around Panama City Beach; located on the West end of the beach it offers one of the most relaxing and welcoming location in Panama City Beach Florida. All of the property and amenities located on Celadon are maintained in an outstanding condition by an excellent and professional maintenance staff. With the vast amount of amenities available to one at Celadon, one will quickly agree that nothing is ever overlooked. A few of the amenities awaiting you are: Two Spa Tubs, Two Heated Pools (the north pool is indoor transitioning to the out-doors, the other pool is located out-doors on the south side), Tennis Court, Fitness Center, Covered Garage Parking, Covered Walk-Way from Garage, and natures own beautiful world famous SUGAR-WHITE SAND BEACH!!.

Debbie and I make several trips to our second home throughout the year and we always find time to up-date various items throughout the condo, replacing furniture, kitchen items and adding or replacing the décor, so there is always something new and refreshing to see in our condo. Primary reason we mention "newly decorated" above. There is always something new. We take suggestions from our guest seriously and if feasible we add to or up-grade accordingly. We take pleasure in keeping our condo not only in first class condition for us, but for you as our guest. A few of the amenities that await you are: flat screen TV's, (New 2016 60" Smart TV in living room) Blue Ray DVD's, cable, HBO, internet, Free Wi-Fi, DVD library, phone with free long distance calling, fully equipped kitchen, and many more amenities not mentioned. The reviews our previous guest have posted on our VRBO site will give you reassurance that you will not be at all disappointed; as condo owners our guest are our best critics. We appreciate positive comments as to improve on already the best of the best; and appreciate negative comments to correct discrepancies that arise in-between our visits.

We also provide free beach service for our guest; the service is provided by a private contractor located on site from March through October. The service consists of two lounge chairs with umbrella. You only need to tell the attendant on duty you are the guest of Gary and Debbie Payne in condo # 2307 and they will provide you with special personal service.

The only thing missing from this Beautiful Fabulous Resort today is you.

You will find that our Condo is cozy, inviting, quiet, relaxing, and ready for your arrival; you only need to unload your bags, relax & enjoy the wonders the Awe-inspiring Lord blessed us with.

The much talked about PIER PARK is here and only two miles east of Celadon. The festivities, shops, dining facilities, along with the special events ongoing daily and nightly makes this an awesome and exciting place to visit after a day on the beach day-after-day. Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville is just across the street from the beach and features a roof top view of the Gulf; order a drink and enjoy the cool breeze coming in from the Gulf while watching the waves roll in.

You will find that the Celadon is an upscale resort on the quiet end of Panama City Beach. For a little taste of the active night life all one needs to do is head East on Front Beach Road. There one will find several amusement parks for the kids, numerous putt-putt golf courses, go-cart racing, night clubs, specialty boutiques, dozens of excellent restaurants, water parks and much more.

About Owners Gary & Debbie Payne

Debbie and I were married in the fall of 1976 and have vacationed in Panama City Beach FL. every year we have had the opportunity. We have visited numerous other vacation spots around the world, but have always been drawn back to the sugar white sands of Panama City Beach.

We are both from the Nashville Tennessee area; Debbie from Mt. Juliet and I call Hermitage home. Our primary home is in Cabot Arkansas. We both retired from the military (Air Force) in Arkansas and going back to work in Civil Service for the Department of Defense in the Air Force from the same base we retired from. Our long term goal will be to final retire in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida in 2019 being close to my brother(s); Donnie Payne living in PCB and Bill Dozier living in GA.

The primary reason we chose Celadon was location, west end of the beach is fabulous and relaxing. Really it gets no better than this!

What makes this condo unique

If you are a returning guest one of the most unique benefits you will discover will be changes we make. With every trip Debbie and I make to our second home we either replace something or paint something. Our condo is unlike any other you will ever rent; we're not in the rental business; by saying that I mean we do not benefit by making money from renting; what ever we profit from rent is put right back into new furniture, appliances etc.

We really enjoy dinning out in the evenings, with Capt. Andersons being #1 and Carrabba’s Italian Grill #2. We always bring our bikes and Seadoo when we visit our second home, always looking forward to rising early and riding the bikes to Thomas Donuts for breakfast. Another highlight of rising early is sitting on the balcony watching the Dolphins and stingrays play and swim by. In the evening we love walking through Pier Park, going through the shops and shopping for the condo is a highlight we always look forward to. The view from the top floor is spectacular! Debbie & I absolutely love our second home and we're sure you will also.

As soon as my husband and I walked in unit 2307, we were absolutely blown away by how spectacular it is! The decor is fabulous and this condo presents all the comforts of home, and then some! The location is perfect and the view was phenomenal. We were blessed to see the dolphins, sea turtles, stingrays, manta rays, and even a shark (!!) on almost a daily basis! It was evident that you guys took into consideration everything we could need or want during our stay and made it available to us. Thank you so very much for opening your beauitful home to us! Amazing view! All the personal touches of home!

Condo was beautiful and clean. The cold water available upon arrival was a nice touch! We were Lucky enough to arrive and walk out into the balcony as fireworks were going off of the pier. The use of beach toys and blankets left under the bunk was very convenient. We loved our stay and will definitely be checking availability for our next trip. There are multiple spices available so I checked before making our trip for groceries. We did leave some sugar and coffee behind for the next guest (labels with date bought and opened)!

*our only issue (NOT THIS OWNERS RESPONSIBILITY) was people smoking on the balcony 2 floors below us. I only mention this to say that the staff at Celadon was very responsive and took care of the issue)

Wonderful condo with amazing view

We stayed at this condo June 3-10 and our stay was nothing short of amazing! I was a little afraid to book a 23rd floor condo, but I am so glad we did. The elevators were quick and we hardly ever had to wait. The view was just beautiful and we got to see several stingrays! The condo was just as described and so clean too. You can tell the owners really take time and put much thought into the decorations. The little welcome snack basket and cold waters were a nice touch after a long ride and unloading luggage. We sure hope to stay here again!

Beautiful views and a awesome condo.

Located on the family end of PCB, which we loved. Also the condo fits our needs perfectly. The owners also had everything we needed in the condo. Would definitely recommend to anyone and would love to stay there again sometime. The owners were also easy to work with and very nice people. Thanks!

Cancellations:
Cancellations must be made 14 days before the first night of stay begins. All payments made will be reimbursed; however the deposit may be retained if cancellation is within the 14 day window.

Parking Fee:
There is a parking fee of $10 per vehicle during the duration of your stay. The web site to the parking pass will be provided along with our rental agreement and other correspondence. We cannot charge for this fee and complete detailed information needed for the parking pass will be provided by us. We recommend using the site to obtain the parking pass to prevent waiting in line once you arrive at Celadon.

Check-in time is 4:00 pm the day stay begins and check-out is 11:00 am day of stay ends.

Payment Instructions:
Total payment is due 14 days prior to your first day of stay. Payments are accepted in the form of personal checks, traveler's checks, bank money orders, bank drafts, or cashier’s checks. We do not accept credit cards, debit card, PayPal etc. Payment options are available, ask for details.
