Master bedroom has a new queen sized bed with new linens, and a spacious walk-in closet. The huge bath has a tiled shower and garden tub.
Condo rental amenities: It has an open floor plan, lots of Florida sunshine and a great garden view, bar stools and a high top table for entertaining, an entertainment bar area for larger gatherings near the pool (which is on the same level as the condo). The living room looks out to a private garden area and patio. He asks that all smoking be limited to the patio area.
Special notebooks filled with restaurant names, entertainment recommendations, and maps are on the baker's rack make your stay in Tampa more enjoyable. The owner will meet you personally to insure that your stay is comfortable.

It is really easy to get into and out of if you want to explore the Florida West Coast.
Only fifteen minutes to the Tampa Airport, 3 miles to Raymond James Stadium, 3 miles to Westshore Mall, 4 miles to International Plaza, 1/2 mile to the University of Tampa, 3 miles to New York Yankees Legends Field, 2 miles to Hyde Park, 6 miles to MacDill Air Force Base, 1 mile to party/cigar area Ybor City, easy walk to the Tampa Aquarium, 750 yards to the St. Pete Times Forum and Tampa Convention Center. 7 miles to Busch Gardens & Adventure Island and Hard Rock Casino. 15 miles to Clearwater Beach and Safety Harbor. Tampa's famed electric Trolley service (just like San Francisco but no noise!) runs right across the street (Channelside) past the condo's front door four times an hour until midnight.

He bought this property because it it easy to get to; the surrounding area has some great restaurants (and bars); and it is near baseball, football, and ice hockey stadiums.
It's in a condo building but the neighbors are quiet, the area is secure, parking is gated, and the view from the living room and bedroom is palm trees, sky and Florida sunshine.
Our 1 month stay was alright once we got the internet the AC and garage door opener to work (2-3 days). Beverly was very helpful by phone. Pool, hot tub, sauna, and gym only steps away. The apartment is a decent size for two people but could use a deep cleaning. Stan cleans it himself. Many cleaning supplies were available. We did clean it upon leaving by dusting, clean linens and towels in an attempt to get our $100. cleaning fee back but haven't received it yet. Doubt that we will. Furniture is a bit bulky and worn. We only had one key and building key which was VERY inconvenient when we wanted to do something separate and get back into our place. The rent is high compared to others I researched once I got there.
This was a decent condo to stay for one month after some wrinkles were ironed out. We had problems with the internet for the first 2 days. garage gate, and the AC quit for a few days. Once we were able to reach Stan or Beverly we got some problems resolved. The pool, gym, and sauna were great and only steps from the condo. The convention Center and Aquarium were within walking distance. The area was extremely pet friendly and it was normal to see pets at outside bars and restaurants. The condo itself could use a deep cleaning and polish. There was an option to clean the place yourself when you leave and save $100. which I did. Everything was clean, polished and towels, sheets, and bed was made before we left. I haven't gotten a refund yet. The one inconvenience that we did have was that there was only one key and one bab to let you into the building, and my husband and I do different things. It was difficult coming home at different times and getting into our place.
Our stay was great. Our host was great too. The apartment was big and comfortable and in a great location.
This condo is in a good location in Tampa with a great urban grocery and a wonderful coffee shop in the same block. The complex is nice, people were friendly, lots of dogs! Within walking distance to downtown, which was a plus. Owner was very nice but is difficult to reach. Our flights were delayed so we were not able to meet him in person but he did arrange to leave keys and we found our way, a bit challenging without details. When we arrived, found the basics of the condo clean but in need of a thorough cleaning, heavy dust everywhere and some of the furniture was bady worn/torn. Also, found the wifi was not working and after many phone calls, found out there was a new service provider and owner hadn't set it up prior to our arrival. Owner did try to resolve but wasn't physically located in the same city so it did not get resolved all week. This was very unfortunate since we expected to work from the apartment during the week. Owner mentioned he would provide a small refund to us for inconvenience, haven't received yet. Overall, it worked but was disappointing, and sad because it has great potential!
The building and location was great but unfortuantly not a well maintained unit. . We brought our bikes because it is a great biking area, but the landlord would not provide keys for us to access the bike storage area or the front door of the building, so we always had to enter and exit the building through the garage. The unit was not ready the day we were scheduled to arrive, was not clean, so we had to find a hotel room the first night, and was not reimbursed for the missed night or hotel room as we were promised. The dead bolt on the front door to the unit was broken, the sliding glass door could not be locked, and the fire alarm was disabled. All a safety concern for us, but the landlord refused to fix these issues during our 30 day stay. We were provided with only one set of keys, the TV in the bedroom did not work, and needed to clean the unit ourselves. A good place to stay if only for one or two nights, I would not recommend it for longer stays.
Perfect 1/1 with all the amenities. Pool, gym facilities, central location. Pet friendly condo in pet friendly area with well kept sidewalks and dog areas. Dog park just across street. Lots of charming coffee/tea shops nearby and Channelside shops in walking distance. Condo is well maintained with all amenities. Fullsize washer and dryer in unit - a plus! Clean condo, accurately described. Stan and Beverly are easy to catch via phone or email with questions.
Hard Rock Casino and Bush Gardens only 15 minutes away. You can take the trolley to Ybor City's Cuban restaurants and bars.
