Managua House Rental Photos and Description

House, 6 Bedrooms, 6 Baths, (Sleeps 12)

Quinta Nica is the ideal place for a vacation with family or friends. You’ll find comfort and relaxation in this enchanting environment, only a few minutes away from the region’s exotic adventures.

Quinta Nica is a 6,000 m2 family domain located in the suburbs of Managua, in a peaceful and safe neighborhood, only 30 minutes away from the airport and close to services. The spacious house (500 m2 at ground level) which has been completely renovated offers six air conditioned bedrooms.

Outside you will find a large landscaped park with a great variety of tropical fruit trees (mangoes, star fruit, avocados, etc.), a pool, a jacuzzi, a fully-equipped gazebo and a traditional barbeque. There is ample parking for all your guests.

A trilingual resource-person (English-French-Spanish) will greet you at the airport and will be on-site for the duration of your stay to help you plan your itineraries and activities, and to ensure proper communication with the staff. Our cook will be at your disposal to prepare your evening meals. The Quinta staff live on site permanently and will tend to your every needs.

For groups it's possible to rent a mini-van with the services of a guide-driver. We'll be happy to provide a quote.

There are many things to do and see in the region. Historic cities renowned for their Spanish Colonial architecture, volcanoes, beaches, markets, fishing, etc.

Why Jean-Pierre chose Managua

Nicaragua, also known as the Land of Lakes and Volcanoes, is an undiscovered gem. The people are very friendly. There are many things to do such as visiting Granada and Leon, going to the Masaya markets and climbing atop the Masaya volcano, going to one of the many beaches, etc. Yet the country is not overrun by tourists and you can truly experience what it's like to be a local.

What makes this house unique

The property itself is a great place to relax with the pool, jacuzzi and lots of spots to lounge. Feel like a snack? Pick fresh tropical fruits right off the trees. Since there aren't many tourists when going to the beach during the week, you pretty much have the entire beach to yourself. And there are many wonderful restaurants to experience all the flavors of the cuisine.

Wonderful accommodations, location, and staff!

  • 5 of 5

We spent 2 weeks at Quinta Nica and loved every second of our time there! There is no where I've ever stayed that you gain such a deep friendship with the staff. Dennis and Nora are the kindest, most hospitable individuals I've ever met, and we cried when leaving them. The rooms are perfect, and the grounds are breathtaking. Quinta Nica is a beautiful haven to relax and unwind, and is the perfect location to call home while in Nicaragua!!

Christmas Vacation

  • 5 of 5

During Christmas my family wanted to go to Nicaragua to celebrate my aunt 60th birthday but because we have been living out of the country for more than 30 years, we didn’t want to go and bother anyone there. We were a large group of 12 people and we wanted to stay together for 12 days. I decided to take a chance and look for a place where we could all fix under the same roof. I found Quinta Nica and contacted Jean Pierre. I’m so happy I did this. The house was really big, clean, with beautiful gardens, secure and peaceful. The help keeping the ground and cleaning the house were extremely helpful and friendly. Our original plan was to do a lot of sight seen and visiting family outside. We were conscious that we were a large group and we didn’t want to get in each other nerve but the place was so spacious and peaceful that we ended up staying in the place most of the time. We truly had a good time.

I will be returning soon!!

  • 5 of 5

What a spectacular visit. I will not call them staff but an extension of our family. Denis and Nora are great. I am actually from Nicaragua and I come down with my family to visit from time to time and since we were a large group we decided to come to this location. The house is magnificent, there is pleanty of space for a large family. The gardens inside and out are breath taking. I fell asleep in the Gazebo a few times and felt safe.My room was great, bathrooms are great and the place is near everything that we wanted to go to. I will recommend this place to anyone. I will be back very soon :) I miss my extended family.

3 month stay at Quinta Nica

  • 5 of 5

While in Managua adopting our 12 year old son I stayed 3 months at Quinta Nica. I cannot possibly say enough wonderful things about this property, staff and owners. This house was a slice of heaven located 15 mins from the center of Managua. They have a full time guard (Denis) and housekeeper (Nora), both were wonderful people who we miss very much. They assisted me with any needs I had, there was nothing they weren't willing to do for our family. We didn't speak any Spanish but everything seemed to work out great no matter what the language barrier. If you are considering a stay in Managua, I can promise this house is well worth looking into, I looked at several properties and nothing compared!
