Centrally located in a quiet and upscale location in Rancho Mirage, built in 2006 in a 1/2 acre, approx. 3700 sq. ft. It has 3 Bedrooms, each with it's own private Baths, formal Living Room and Dining Room, large Gourmet Kitchen with large Island. Breakfast area open to the Great Room with complete entertainment center and Bar, a large covered Patio with gas BBQ Grill, tables and chairs, overlooking the private Pool / Spa and waterfall, granite and marble countertops, custom wood shutters and ceiling fans throughout, Among the many features, it has Cathedral Ceilings (10' to 14' high) and Columns. Completely private with block wall fence and wrought iron gates and ample parking.
We built this home for ourselves to live and retire here. We love this home because of the openness from the high ceilings, large windows and hallways. We love all the countertops, especially the granite kitchen island, and all the closets and drawers.

We really love the weather here. It is beautiful all year round, except the 3 hottest months. We love Rancho Mirage because it is a quiet and beautiful neighborhood, close to everything.
We love the Tuscany architect with the columns in the formal Living Room. The formal Dining Room has a custom painted mural by our niece who is a well-known Artist by profession, here in the desert. The painting depicts a Tuscan restaurant by the Sea, includes our name and the menu of our favorite food. She also painted the ceiling to look like the sky and the columns in the formal Living Room. That is very special to us.
We throughly enjoyed our stay at Palm View. It was a beautiful home, in a nice neighborhood, ideally located half way between Palm Springs and La Quinta for convenience.
The owners were very cooperative, organized and seem like very nice people!
It was a pleasure staying at this clean, spacious, comfortable and private home. It was centrally located in a wonderful neighborhood and I felt safe. Waterfall into pool, outdoor stereo speakers, jacuzzi and large barbecue area helped create a fun experience. Vincent and Amalia were very kind and helpful. It was a great place to relax and spend time with family and friends. I will stay here again!!
I had my suspicion about this place after I rented it, but went into it with an open mind. The home is not set up for renters. Its someone’s private home! There are family photos everywhere, pictures of Jesus all over the house, and statues of the Pope in almost every room. The furniture is old and uncomfortable, and The TV’s are old model televisions. There isn’t one flat screen in the entire house. The main TV in the family room is even old. Its big, but it’s a big screen TV from 1990.
The water temperature in the shower barley gets above warm, and all the beds are all hard as a rock with plastic liners under the sheets. If you end up paying to heat the pool, be aware that you can only have the pool or the spa heated. You cant have both heated at the same time. The owner will still charge you money to heat the pool if you decide you want a heated pool.
There is also a woman living on the property in an attached apartment right next to where you enter the home. They don’t tell you this when you book the house. You have to find out for yourself when you run into her.
Look elsewhere, or stay at your grandparents house. The experience would be the same.
This is a beautiful, spacious and well maintained home in a lovely area of Rancho Mirage. it can easily accommodate 6 people and all 3 bedrooms have their own private bathroom.
Thank you Vincent for being an utterly wonderful host! our whole party enjoyed staying at your lovely home. We enjoyed the pie!!! And spa and the rooms. Only one problem with the gardener coming with leaf blower/mower at 6:30 am --but maybe that was the next door property.
