Why John Marcuzzo chose Big Sky

A great place to play year round. The scenery is breathtaking and the location offer a variety of things to do. The area reminds me of what Colorado was 30 years ago. The skiing is second to none. There are virtually no lift lines and a whole day of skiing is exactly that. With 4,350 vertical feet and 5,500 acres of skiable terrain if you purchase the lone peak pass, you can ski nonstop. It makes for all the terrain and all the ability levels you can imagine skiing.

What makes this townhome unique

convenient location includes - great in and out access to Gallatin Airfield and 45 minutes to Big Sky - townhome 1/2 mile to Big Sky lifts. Free shuttle 100 feet from front door of townhome - 1.5 mile to Moonlight Basin - 10 minute drive to lower meadow village (shops and restaurants) - 40 miles to West Yellowstone.

Highly Recommended

We just completed our first family trip to Big Sky – This condo was first class. Convenient location, well appointed, super clean, “like new” condition, etc. John, the owner, was very responsive to any inquiries. Alpenglow condos are not located in the resort proper (2 minutes)– But that’s no issue what-so-ever. In fact, we liked it better that way - A super short commute and we could start the day right at the mountain base rather than staying ski in/ski out and dealing with slow chairlifts. In addition, the privacy and views were huge plusses when relaxing in the evening. Our 2016 Spring Break in Big Sky ranks #1 on our list of winter vacations – Great mountain, great snow and great accommodations.

The place to stay

  • 5 of 5

This is a condo for the ages. Definitely a must stay for your Big Sky travels. It's just across the street from Big Sky's village, and just up the road from the grocery store, good restaurants, movie theaters and so on.

Other reviews swear by this home's decor, spaciousness and livability- to expand, the owners make sure you feel good about your stay, with nothing to worry about along the way. A recent stay saw daily snowfall. And without fail every day the driveway and walkway were plowed and cleared when we returned. Nice and classy touches- at reasonable prices. You will enjoy your time here in this fine lodging, no question.

Simply the Best

  • 5 of 5

This was our family's first trip to Big Sky and we couldn't have been more pleased. Not only is the area beautiful, but our condo was just perfect. We've never stayed in a condo before that was so well appointed. We wanted for nothing and John was as helpful and accommodating as could be. He recommended restaurants and many fun recreational activities in the area. We skied, ice skated, went dog sledding, cross country skied and took a sleigh ride. This was the most fun on Christmas I've had since I was five years old.

Perfect vacation!

  • 5 of 5

This was our first trip to Big Sky and out first VRBO rental. Johns condo was beautifully appointed, super clean and up the mountain close to Big Sky town centre but with amazing views. You have everything u need for meals, laundry and entertainment. The hot tub was great after hiking and fishing. The owners were great with advice on restaurants and where to hike. When we come back to Big Sky we will be sure to check with John and rent his beautiful home again :)

Perfect Pick

  • 5 of 5

This was our first ever experience with Big Sky, VRBO, and first time to Alpenglow townhouse. It was a wonderful experience. It had everything we needed and more. The condominium was well kept, well stocked (particularly with spices...the ones you always forget at the grocery store when traveling), great view of Lone Mountain, complete with laundry room and hot tub, and convenient to the town center (although we chose to stay at the condo most nights). The owner was very helpful and very responsive to my email inquiries with excellent suggestions and directions for everything from ski rental to alternate base areas. Except for some ski slope houses that I wasn't willing to pay for - I didn't see a place I would have rather been. It was a perfect pick for me and my family.

Great Accomodations

  • 5 of 5

Our stay at John's condo was fantastic. John's communication was excellent and he offered great recommendations and advice for the area. The condo is well equipped, updated, and very clean. The views from the hot tub were awesome while the condo offers plenty of space for guest and your gear. The shuttle stop is convenient to the condo.....about 50 yards or so from the front door. I would recommend this condo for your stay at Big Sky.
