The Snowcrest condominiums are located right at the base of Park City Mountain Resort. With easy walking access to the lifts and a city bus stop just across the street this is the perfect location if you want to be right in the middle of the action! This location is also within walking distance of many ski outfitters, coffee shops and grocery stores. The complex also features a community swimming pool and hot tub area for your apres ski activities.
Unit 205 is located on the second floor of the building and has a great view of Park City Mountain. You'll use the stairs to access the entry, then it's all one floor. The condo is laid out with the bedroom near the front and the living room, kitchen and dining room located in the back of the living space. The bedroom includes a queen bed with a large closet area. The bathroom is located just outside the bedroom in the hall. The living area features a cozy couch that pulls out to become a queen size sofa sleeper and a brand new HDTV. The deck just off of the living room has fantastic views of Park City Mountain Resort and the Park City Golf Course. The kitchen is fully equipped for home cooked meals with stainless steel appliances and the dining area has seating for 3 people with 2 additional spaces at the kitchen counter.

Functional with basic needs
Short 5 min walk to slopes with parking and hot tub. Other than that, it was a decent condo. Needs some maintenance (sliding deck door) and new kitchen utensils. Good place for a guys ski trip
Great Location, Comfortable Digs
This one bedroom condo is about a 100 steps to Park City Mountain Resort Center and maybe 10 blocks' walk (or supereasy 2-min free shuttle ride) to the heart of Old Town Park City -- and its fine restaurants, bars, and shops. It is also no more than 500 yards from Alpine Properties, the property manager. No car is needed (though there's ample parking if needed). You really could not ask for a better location for the price.
As for the space, it is slightly tired/faded, with grout needed in the bathroom and a cracked dining room chair and a positively ancient sound system, but it is very comfortable, reasonably quiet (some footsteps from upstairs neighbors), made romantic by a wood burning fireplace with ample wood, and a small deck for people/mountain watching that gets wonderful late afternoon light. The kitchen has a breakfast bar and plenty of counterspace and is reasonably well-appointed for cooking at home. Wifi, TV as advertised. Alpine properties had excellent communication and provided space for us to leave our bags before checkin and after check out to enable to get some extra skiing in. The bedroom is reasonably comfortable with plenty of storage. This is good for a couple in the bedroom and maybe one person more on the sofa. Certainly no more than four people.
There is a nice pool and hot tub on the property, which was never crowded while we were there, a 7-11 steps away for quick runs for must-haves, and a grocery store right by Alpine properties.
The price was reasonable, Alpine properties courteous and responsive, and I would not hesitate to come here again.
