A pleasant weekend with friends at the De Mar House
We enjoyed our stay at the De Mar House, and highly recommend staying here to anyone wishing to visit Napa. The interior of the house is immaculate, and the perimeter grounds are very well maintained. There was ample room for the six of us and plenty of privacy (each bedroom - there are three - has an en suite bathroom with shower and/or tub shower combination). The beds and pillows are comfortable, and the window treatments are more than sufficient at keeping the room dark long after sunrise. The are even two robes per bedroom, a very nice touch. The attention to detail is evident everywhere throughout the house.
Our main reason for choosing to stay at the De Mar House was its size and location to downtown Napa. We wanted something with a warm feel to it and close to the Uptown Theater, something that would make us feel right at home and allow us to walk downtown. This is the De Mar House.
The owners are very responsive and pleasant, and made it easy to set up and confirm our reservation. We would stay here again as our first choice when visiting the Napa area without any hesitation.

Great location too! We walked to the Uptown Theater for a show, plus walked to every place that we ate downtown! Highly recomended!
Impeccably clean three bedroom home in an awesome location
This is one of the best places my wife and I have ever stayed through VRBO or similar type services. Guy and Cristina were super responsive any time I had an inquiry. Really functional layout with each of the three bedrooms having it's own en suite bathroom. Nice and comfortable living areas - fully stocked kitchen. Fun front porch sitting area. Great wifi access. Nice location as it is a flat, short walk (5-15 minutes) to various parts of the downtown Napa area or a $5 uber ride away if one does not want to walk.
Charming, comfortable, well-kept up Victorian in a convenient location to downtown Napa. Owners are responsive and helpful. Highly recommend.
Great Stay in Napa!
De Mar House was perfect for our needs. The historic home is super clean and very spacious. The outdoor space is also fantastic. The description is 100% accurate. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you for a wonderful stay!
A great house in a great location.
Just off Rt 29, and minutes from Silverado Trail. 5 minutes north of the Carneros District. 45 minutes from Oakland
Airport, 60 minutes from Sacramento Airport, 90 minutes from San Francisco Airport. 60 minutes from the City of
San Francisco. Vallejo Ferry is 17 miles to the south. While a car is recommended, shuttle services to all three airports are available. Walking distance to over 20 local wine tasting rooms, and a 5 minute drive to many wineries of the Napa Valley. Also walking distance to over 10 local Micro Breweries!

Additional guests are $50 per guest per night in peak and shoulder season and $25 per night per guest per night in off season (plus tax) as calculated within the the Inquiry/Reservation Request Our Cancellation Policy: (which is the Standard for most "Legal" Vacation rentals within the City of Napa): If you cancel for any reason up to 30 days before arrival, 50% of the deposit will be forfeited. Cancellations that are less than 30 days before arrival, total deposit will be non-refundable, unless rebooked. A $25.00 processing fee is charged for all cancellations. There is a 2 Night Minimum Stay Required and a 3 Night Minimum for Holidays Memorial Day/BottleRock has a 4 Night Minimum Stay Required.
