This recently renovated townhome provides 3000 square feet of luxury accommodations for larger groups, ideally located to enjoy both winter and summer activities. Your mountain retreat has 4 well-appointed bedrooms and 5 baths. The 3 upstairs bedrooms all have new king beds, each bedroom having its own private bath, two with master bathroom suites. The downstairs bunkroom allows sleeping for at least four, and also has a large modern bathroom.
The dining table seats as many as 10 people; additionally, the fully equipped gourmet kitchen provides counter seating for three others. The spacious family room features two separate seating areas and an inviting fireplace. Other amenities include a full laundry room, garage parking, an outdoor grill with 2 patios, and six TV’s (3 are 55” flatscreens plus Bluetooth soundbars). Technology is abundant everywhere --free wi-fi, two blu-ray players, Sony PlayStation 4, and a surround sound system !
The townhome is perfectly positioned less than one mile from Vail Village; the shuttle system provides pickup and delivery just a few hundred yards from your front door. The golf course is easy walking distance. Further privacy is ensured since the facility is an end unit, backing up to the National Forest.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Vail home. The home was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. We traveled as two families of four, and this was the perfect size for us. We all slept well in the comfortable beds and enjoyed the spacious, yet cozy interior. We spent most of our time skiing; it was an easy walk to the shuttle to get to the Vail ski resort or the town center. The owner was very helpful and responsive. We would definitely rent this house again.
This is a high end, luxury rental. By far the best we have experienced out of our many VRBO rentals. Where can I start. Family vacation Christmas 2014. Recently renovated with high end finishes, spacious, beautiful furnishings, numerous bathrooms. The Christmas decorations were a nice touch. Short 5 minute walk to the shuttle to get to the ski slopes. Recommend a 4wd rental car, as the roads can get quite slick when it snows. Great views from the unit, as well as the natural beauty of Vail all around you. Well stocked kitchen. Comfortable bedding. You won't be disappointed.
Wonderful accommodations, not lacking anything we needed for the adults or kids in our group, clean, well maintained and beautifully furnished, king size beds in all bedrooms upstairs, upgraded linens, spacious fully stocked kitchen, felt like staying at a close friends house versus a rental unit, you will not be disappointed, it will definitely be our family’s first choice the next time we visit Vail in the summer or winter.
Two couples from the UK enjoyed a wonderful two weeks ski trip staying in this amazing upscale condo. From the initial contact with the owner, to the day we (sadly) left, this was by far the best home rental experience we have enjoyed in Vail. The property is spacious, comfortable, and very well equipped – especially liked the log fire, hot tub and BBQ deck looking out on the forest. Location is great, with just a 5 min drive/bus ride to Vail/Golden Peak – or a 20 min walk.
Great place to stay in the Vail area! Huge kitchen and dining area with granite counter tops throughout the kitchen, every part of the house was very nice! This was ideal for our annual golf outing. We would rent this house again. Don't hesitate, well managed and the owners made sure everything was ready for you when you arrive. Thanks again!
