We live in San Diego with our three teenage children and our lovable dog, Mango. We love to surf, ski and snowboard. After looking for a home in the snow in Mammoth, and Tahoe, we fell in love with Park City, Utah. Amazing snow, seven resorts with reach, easy access (fly in and ski same day), and the charm and magic of an old quaint miners town, yet the conveniences of a fully working city all year long. Summer is just as beautiful, and tons of outdoor fun (hiking, biking, boating) too!
Julie Tudela purchased this house in 2010
He wanted privacy, mountain feel....I am a city girl...wanted to be able to walk everywhere, see people. This was the Perfect solution! A private home on a large lot (one and a half lot size) with pretty views and privacy...yet located right in Old Town. I can walk to the resort in five minutes, to restaurants and shops on Main Street in ten minutes!
This is a great place for a group. We stayed here end of Feb with a few of our friends and had a great time. Only 10 min walk to Park City lifts and you can even ski back if you want! Everything was very comfortable and convenient, highly recommended.
We stayed here as a film team for Sundance 2017 film festival. The home is well suited for a large group who want to have their own space and privacy. The property manager, Simon, was very responsive and helpful each time we needed to reach out for help. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were comfortable. This home is at the very top of the hill and while it's an easy walk down to main street and restaurants, the walk home is no joke (phew!).
This is a great location, with a 5 min walk to the slopes and just a 10 minute walk downtown. There are plenty of beds for a large group and the property manager and owner are extremely pleasant to work with as well. Would highly recommend.
Short walk to the ski lifts and downtown, fully equipped kitchen with lots of extras, very comfortable beds, plenty of room for 7 adults. Loved the grill, fireplace, and the hot tub after long day on the mountain. The owners are very easy to deal with and made everything very convenient for us.
I stayed in this house for week and had a wonderful time. My experience was great, staying with my family, we were close to the resort - almost ski in/out, you can figure out the way to ski very close to the house, so no hustle there. By night you can walk to old town (main or park ave) to any rest you want without driving!
Indoors its a great space, with everything you need. super comfortable! I will stay here next time, no question!
My family of 4 had a great weeks stay at Mi Casa Su Casa! Steps from the beach and walking distance to Belmont Park. Beach cruisers were available to us at no additional cost along with beach toys, chairs, boogie boards....you name it they had it! We drove to the grocery store, just down Mission Blvd, and got food, drinks and snacks so we could cook breakfast and made a few dinners there too. The grill is on the patio right outside the door which was convenient and a bonus!! Bought some firewood and walked down to the beach fire pits for some s'mores for dessert even! I also met Julie, the manager, a few times as she was always available and came around to see if we needed anything. THANK YOU JULIE!! This family vacation was just what we needed to beat the Vegas heat! A lot of great memories were had here and we can't wait to do it again soon :)
