GOING COASTAL! Beachfront, low floor, professionally decorated. Unique to Seychelles.

BEACH SERVICE is included from early March to mid October. This includes two lounge chairs and umbrella laid out daily on the beach. This is a $150 value free with your rental of this unit.

WI-FI is available throughout the complex at no extra cost.

Our unit is on the 3rd floor with a gorgeous view of the gulf. Did you know that the master bedrooms in the majority of Seychelles units other than the end caps DO NOT offer a direct view of the gulf? NOT OURS! Wouldn’t you rather walk directly out onto the balcony from the master suite and enjoy your favorite morning or evening beverage?

The master suite offers a dreamy king size bed and 40' flat panel TV. Room darkening curtains are installed so you you can sleep in late, you won't know what time it is nor should you care, THIS IS YOUR VACATION! Sleep with the curtains open and it is like you are sleeping directly on the beach under the stars.

This unit accommodates 4-6 people with bedding available for six (6). The bunk room has been converted into a cozy bedroom with a queen bed and flat panel TV. Sleeper sofa in the living room sleeps two more. Cozy kitchen provides all the amenities of home; microwave, toaster, coffee maker, etc. A stacked washer and dryer is located in the utility room for your convenience. If you are looking for a beach get-a-way this is the unit for you!

Once you park you will never have to get back into your car and you won’t want to. Several restaurants are within walking distance. Enjoy live music and entertainment at one of the local favorites; Schooner’s on the Beach which is right next door. Order a pizza from Vinny's, walk to Patches Pub for local color or visit Scampy's Seafood and Steak right next to the parking garage at Treasure Island.

ELECTRONIC DOOR LOCKS, no waiting in line to check in at office!

NO NEED TO TAKE AN ELEVATOR, just park on the top deck of the parking garage and walk directly to the unit. Both the master bedroom and living room have gorgeous views of the gulf. Step directly onto the balcony and sip your favorite beverage.

PARKING:

1. The parking garage is for owners and guests only. Spaces are limited. All vehicles will be required to display an owners' decal or a rental pass at all times. All unauthorized vehicles will be towed at the owners' expense. Please note Seychelles contains 1.1 parking spaces per unit, therefore during the peak season one space per unit will be adhered to closely for fairness of owners and guests.

2. Rollerblades, roller skates, skateboards, motor scooters and bicycles are not permitted on any level of the parking garage. However, there is a bicycle rack for your convenience.

3. Please see the Association Office to purchase proper ID tags for bikes.

4. No parking allowed on areas of grass.

5. Trailers, recreational vehicles, buses, motor homes and boats are not allowed on the Condominium Property. The Board of Directors of the Association may grant permission for temporary alternative parking on the Condominium Property due to personal hardship upon advanced written request.

6. All motorcycles should also display proper decal or pass at all times. Please see the Association office or your rental agency.

7. Any damage done to gates, key pad, parking deck or other must be reported immediately.

For your safety all areas are under surveillance at all times.

Perfection

After a six hour drive to the beach, I walked in to the unit, threw open the curtains and revealed sparkling clean, clear windows! Ahhhh! Perfection! This view is why I am here and the clean windows were practically invisible. (So often they are overlooked.) This entire unit was so clean and perfect for a week of rest and entertainment. Everything was comfortable and everything worked. We have never rented beach chairs, but because they came with the unit, we sat in those chairs every day, hours on end. The girl and guy who ran the beach chair rentals were adorable and so helpful. They would visit to see if you needed more shade or just to talk. St. Andrew State Park is within walking distance of this property (aprox. 2 miles) and we walked there every day. It rained two of our days, and we enjoyed the cozy atmosphere of the condo and the HBO. The heated pool was busy every day and from the 3rd floor, we enjoyed watching children splash and play. Security was tight and the property was clean. I saw the cleaning staff continually outside moving luggage carts and making sure the rain water was whisked away after the storms that blew through. I had a very good feeling about the complex all week. I am so glad I found this condo for our Spring Break week. Even if we are two old folks, spring break is still fun if you find the right vacation spot. And I'm happy to say, we did! This unit delivered on every promise.

First time in PCB won't be last for beach and this condo. Beach service each day was great owner was wonderful and the parking access to condo was excellent

Best Vacation Ever!

This condo was beautiful! The view will completely take your breath away. We had a minor problem,Gerry had it fixed in a hour or less! He is wonderful to rent from. We will definitely be returning and trying out his other places!

FANTASTIC

We love this place! The condo is a perfect location! The third floor is so convenient to load and unload your vehicle . The view is unbeatable !! Gerry is the best to work with, very professional ,and easy to work with. He goes out of his way to make you comfortable....when we were there he called and came by just to bring us new pillows for the beds!! Awesome experience, we are going back for the third year in a row!!! Also having the beach chairs is a big plus! Kay B from Arkansas

Had a FANTASTIC stay at this condo

Location is great! There are several souvenir shops w/in walking distance. Super close to St. Andrew's State Park where we spent an entire day and from there took a pontoon boat ride over to Shell Island. Schooners restaurant was one of our favorites, it's next door to the condo and right on the beach! They have delicious crab cakes. Another good restaurant a short drive down the road called Hammer Head Fred's, great atmosphere and food. Being on the 3rd floor had its perks too, simply drive up to the top level of parking garage and walkway to door of our room was right there, no messing with lugging suitcases in/out of elevators or up/down stairs. To keep expenses down we ate breakfast & lunch at the condo each day, we would only go out for dinner. Gerry's kitchen is fully stocked with all the necessary utensils you'll need to cook or prepare meals inside the unit. I would definitely recommend this property to my family/friends and I look fwd to doing business in the future again w/Gerry.

Best Stay in PCB, FL *Right Here*

This condo is very well maintained, beautiful and the cleaning crew is FABULOUS!! Gerry, is amazing!! He is super sweet and accommodating not to mention a pleasure to do business with! We had a few hiccups during our stay and he sorted those out immediately. We felt as if he genuinely cared and ensured that we had the best possible vacation. We LOVE Seychelles and have stayed here for the past four years, this was our first time with Gerry. I must say he was the best owner and we will continue to do business with him! The beach service included is such a nice amenity especially if you have a child who loves to carry a million beach toys down everyday...chairs are not something you want to have to tote back and forth!! Being on the 3rd floor we were comfortable with allowing our daughter to sit out on the balcony with us and you can really see the beautiful emerald water basically throughout the entire unit. It's tastefully decorated, clean and such a cute unit! We comfortably accommodated 4 adults & 1 child within the unit and still didn't use the pull out bed. Loved being able to walk a short distance from the car to the door and not having to use the elevators except to go down to the beach. Oddly enough the door's electronic locking system was one of my favorite features, it was so user friendly and we didn't have to worry about keeping up with extra keys. This resort is on the more quiet side of PCB but only a two minute drive to the strip...so it's wonderful for families :) The staff is nice, pools and hot tub were always cleaned daily and the best part is it wasn't crowded. We loved our stay with Gerry so much we recommended this unit several times to other guests during our stay! We can't wait to visit again soon! Thanks again Gerry!!
