I had a great stay at Atef's delightful residence in Boston. Atef was a pleasant and generous host. The apartment is well equipped and well located, with a great little garden aspect. Highly recommended.

My sister and I stayed there for three night in October of 2010. The suite is very clean and perfect for max of two people. The location is very nice, just few steps down from the Bunker Hill memorial and walking distance anywhere else. Atef is a good host and we would recommend his cozy studio to our friends.

Atef was an amazing host! Extremely helpful and easy going. His place is adorable, both my wife and I decided we could live there if we ever moved to the city. This was my first time to Charlestown and it was a very welcoming little area, with nice restaurants, a neat little pub (Sullivan's), and a quick walk to the T and to the north side of Boston. When we arrived the water wasn't quite hot enough for our showers, so I mentioned it to Atef and he had it fixed immediately. He also setup a fan for us Saturday when it got really warm because we had a bunch of ladies in the apartment preparing for a wedding. Atef is quick to help, reachable by phone and email, and loves to give recommendations and walking/driving directions. Can't recommend him and his place enough!

Incredible experience. Atef, the owner is one of the most kind person I've ever met. Always willing to help. The studio is amazing. Clean, comfortable and you have in it everything you could need. I would repeat a lot of times.

We stayed here for 2 nights last weekend and really enjoyed it. The location is great. It is within walking distance from north end and only steps away from the bunker hill monument; the orange line station is just a few blocks away. Atef, the host, is extremely friendly and helpful. The room is comfortable and spacious. The garden is smaller than I expected but very lovely, a great spot for having breakfast or evening drink. Highly recommended!
Thanks again for a great stay in your wonderful little "room at the top." It's cozy and convenient, comfortable and clean, just like last time. I especially appreciated the little fireplace which I turned on occasionally to heat up the room, and the heated floors in the bathroom were a luxury. I'll be back again! It's become my home away from home when I visit my son, so convenient to his apartment and to the heart of Charlestown.
Large, charming studio in the heart of Charlestown. Lots of natural light and a beautiful private patio. Full kitchen (except microwave) and lots of storage and sitting areas. Atef is a gracious, friendly and helpful host. Free Wi-fi and a TV with builtin DVD player. This was our first experience with VRBO and has set the bar for future staysl
Just steps from the Bunker Hill Monument, and 10 minutes from the T station. Whole Foods, coffee shops, and other shopping and dining opportunities are just a few blocks away.
Equally important, the property is just a few minutes walk from the USS Constitution, which is a stop for the hop-on, hop buses (a GREAT way to get around Boston) and various ferries.
Overall, a great property, great location and an excellent host. Highly recommend it.
My brothers and I enjoyed a wonderful weekend in Charlestown. The efficiency was very comfortable for three people, in a lovely neighborhood, and very convenient to Boston. Mr. Aziz was a gracious host, providing great tips about local restaurants, transportation, etc. Highly recommended.
I loved this room. Quiet, clean, spacious, nice view, air conditioned in summer (and I presume well heated in winter), wonderful bathroom with beautiful walk-in shower, little fridge, electric kettle, coffee maker--perfect for simple breakfasts and afternoon tea. Comfortable bed, small desk for laptop/emails, etc. Beautiful artwork on the walls and the stairwell, so even coming and going was enjoyable. Very safe. Excellent location in Charlestown--only a 5-min walk to restaurants, supermarkets, shopping, public transportation, and 30 secs from the beautiful Bunker Hill Monument. Atef was a very congenial host. Highly recommended!
Atef is an outstanding host & Charles was very helpful. The house is beautiful and the rooms are very comfortable. Great location - easily walkable to the Navy Yard and North End. Highly recommend!
We enjoyed our 4 night stay in the Garden Studio. It was very clean and comfortable. Charles was very friendly and helpful in checking in. The location is excellent. We were able to get to Whole Foods and the T within 10 minutes. Enjoyed walking around Charlestown; it is a beautiful neighbourhood. Would like to have been able to spend some time in the back garden but we were busy doing touring Boston. Of special note - the shower was most satisfying -- not like hotel room showers that spit on you.
Charles and Atef were both welcoming and good hosts.
We spent 6 days in the Garden Studio and I couldn't have asked for a better spot. The studio is spacious and nicely decorated. There is everything you need in the kitchen and the bathroom and everything is sparkling clean! Atef has amassed loads of information on every attraction Boston has - very helpful since it was my first time visiting the city. He also had lots of great restaurant recommendations, several of which we tried. The Charlestown location is great, the area itself is like wandering around a charming little town and right across the bridge is the city. The "T" (subway) has a stop that's about 10 minutes walk from the Studio or you can walk to the Navy Yard (5 min) and take the ferry across (included in their "Charlie" transit passes). We pretty much parked our car and didn't look at it again until we left. We didn't get a chance to use the garden since we spent virtually all of our time sightseeing but it was certainly very pretty to walk through everyday and if you're a breakfast eater is would be a perfect spot for it. I expect I'll be back in Boston and I'll definitely be checking if the Garden Studio is available!
Easy acess with less than ten minutes to TD-Graden the home of celtics and Burins.
