This 3 bedroom and 2 bath condo is on the ground floor with a large private patio. The kitchen is perfect for preparing light snacks to full family meals that can be enjoyed in the dining room or outside on the patio. The master suite and two additional guest bedrooms each have a queen size bed. Separating the master suite from the guestrooms is a stunningly furnished living room.
The patio offers plenty of space to relax with friends and family and is accessible from the master suite, living room and adjacent guestroom. A Jacuzzi and laundry are conveniently just steps away and a very short walk brings you to another Jacuzzi, 3 swimming pools, 2 tennis courts, bocce ball court, shuffleboard court, and a clubhouse with a gym. Our property is fabulous! The HOA keeps the entire complex pristine and the community itself is relaxing and quiet. Most of the time you will feel as if you have the entire place to yourself... Come, give it a try!!
What I love best about this immaculately maintained 3 bdr unit is that it is so convenient to so many things; adjacent to parking; 20 or so steps to a pristine laundry; a short walk to the grocery store, bank and drugstore; a less than 10 minute drive to the airport. The owner left a number of brochures and maps which proved to be helpful too. Sitting out on the spacious patio is a bird lovers delight, especially because of the humming birds. The unit itself is very roomy, the beds very comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. The grounds of the complex are well maintained and quite beautiful, and hold 2 jacuzzis, 2 large pools and 1 smaller pool. Residents and renters alike we're welcoming, and, I was delighted to also meet some of their furry pets. Being that the patio is on the street side, it can be quithe noisy with traffic, but
conveniences more than make up for this. Already I am looking forward to renting again next year!
This 3 bdrm unit was huge! We rented for Feb & March 2015 & had a very enjoyable visit. Will was great to deal with making the business side of things go very smoothly. The unit is really well stocked & we did do a lot of cooking missing nothing. The best part of the unit are the comfortable beds (all 3); plenty of bedding & very nicely decorated. It is described as a 1 story unit which I mistakenly thought was the building itself, however it is a 2 story building so there are people above you. The neighbors are friendly and the pools awesome. Very clean and heated just right. Grounds are well maintained and beautiful.
Laundry close by & patio area very spacious, just as described. Ideal for family or two couples as the bedrooms are on opposite sides of the unit with privacy doors. Master bathroom is very nicely updated & I understand the 2nd bath is scheduled for updating this spring. Loved the location as although it is a long walk, you can walk to downtown Palm Springs. The entire area is beautiful and we felt very safe. Two major grocers within 2 blocks along with several fast food outlets. No bars or pubs tho! Loved the free wi-fi & long distance calls as well as the cable with VOD which gives you tons of TV to watch. The only down side: the unit is situated right on Sunrise Way which can be very busy & noisy during the day, but it did quiet down at night. As you can probably tell, I would of course recommend it to others.

This 3br unit is in a very central location and in a well maintained complex. We spent the month of March and had the ability to have friends and family visit with us. Friendly and inclusive neighbors added to the atmosphere of the stay. The unit has been updated and was complete in all aspects except if you cook in a lot it could have used a few more items. Owner Will was very attentive to our needs and easy to deal with. Unit also has very private patio which, except for the street noise, was a plus. Excellent value sorry it was rented already for next year.
We stayed in this unit for two months during which time our children and granddaughter visited. We found the condo to be as pictured on the website; the unit was clean and fully supplied. The layout is ideal for company as it affords them maxmum privacy.
The complex is in an excellant location with easy access to the airport, major grocery stores and within walking distance to downtown palm springs. The grounds are very well maintained and we were impressed with the cleanliness of the heated pools.
The owner we dealt with (Will) was very accomodating and minor problems that were brought to his attention were dealt with and resolved.
The complex is home to residents and "snowbirds" who are very friendly.....We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this condo
Excellent experience! Very professionally managed in all aspects. Unit is very functional, tastefully decorated, well supplied, clean and well cared for. Recreational facilities are excellent, and again well maintained. A BBQ located at the unit, verses the community one, is the only suggestion we would make. Location is great, close to all day to day shopping needs, albeit a little noisy during peak traffic times. The neighbouring residents, visitors, etc., were all very friendly and helpfull. Ourselves and our guests enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this unit.
Golf courses abound... Palm Springs Museum of Art is quite a wonderful find. The Spa Casino is always fun. Thursday evening Village Fest the main street is closed to traffic allowing street vendors and pedestrians to walk the main avenue. Convention center usually has great activities. International film festival in January. Music festival in April. State and national parks are very close by for hiking, biking and climbing.

Monthly electricity usage in excess of $100 US will be billed to Renter and a copy of the bill will be provided. (Normal usage averages $85 per month.) A benefit of this is that usage normally decreases when Renters become responsible for their utility use.
