Aloha!!!! Hawaii would be paradise regardless of where we stayed, but this condo was icing on the cake.

It is perfectly situated, oceanfront with a huge lanai to take in the waves, dolphins, surfers, turtles and amazing sunsets.

We have been to Kona several times and never disappointed, but this unit was exceptional.

It was beautifully decorated, clean and very well equipped.

Seriously, all you need is a toothbrush!

Holly is so professional and accommodating.

Absolutely no complaints - except that we had to leave.

But we shall return!!

Great condo with wonderful views

Although the outside of the building is not very impressive; opening the door is a wonderful surprise. The condo is very nicely decorated and has a wonderful view. The owner was great to work with. This was a great place to start our honeymoon.

We were pleased in every way with our unit, everything was exactly as described and more. Recently upgraded throughout, well equipped and extremely clean. Great location to explore the island from. Watching the turtles and surfers while eating on the lanai was great. Holly was great to work with ! We plan to return next year.

Paradise Found

This is our favorite rental EVER! The view from the unit and the lanai was unbeatable! Turtles, surfers, para-sailing, and beautiful sunsets! The ocean was only about 30 feet away! (So the sound of the waves was loud…. I loved it but it did mean that you had to turn up the volume on the TV to compensate, minor issue.)

Although you are in a building with many condos, it feels very private on the lanai. I sat out there every morning as the sun came up.

The unit was a perfect size for the two of us. Although the bedroom was not a separate room, there was a beautiful set of pocket doors that could be pulled out to close it off from the living room in case one of us wanted to watch TV late in the evening. There was everything that we needed in the unit, including a great pair of binoculars which we used many times.

The location was also perfect for us. Downtown Kona, other attractions, and shopping were only a short drive away.

We would rent this unit again in a heartbeat if we ever get the chance to return to Hawaii.

It may be boring of me to repeat all the accolades from previous renters - but they are all true! This condo is very well updated, equipped, decorated, appointed. I can verify the beauty of the sunset view from the dozens of pictures we took. Holly and the owner have really excelled in making this a great vacation condo! The attention to detail by Holly is exceptional! It is very well set up for arrival, and we felt almost as if it were our own place right away. It is also a great base to tour all the island - which we did. Don't miss Hilo, Polulu, the National Park .... and the list would be too long . Didn't watch the tv but everything electronic is also up to date - including the good Wi-Fi to Skype with grand-kids. Unusually, there were no trade winds and apparently both temperature and humidity were very high and above normal during our stay - air conditioning would have been a plus, but apparently is rarely needed. We wish that Hawaii was not such a long trip - otherwise we would be back multiple times per year. We say all this as experienced renters - multiple times in multiple places per year. this qualifies at the very top of our list.
