Located 1/2 block from the sand and boardwalk, this lower unit of our vacation rental duplex is within reach of the area's best beachfront and ocean recreation Newport Beach has to offer: great waves for the accomplished surfer, yet gentle shorelines for the youngest sandcastle builder.

The 3 bedroom 2 bathroom downstairs unit offers an ocean view from its oversized patio which has ample shaded seating and barbeque grill for outdoor family meals. All three bedrooms contain wood-shutter window coverings, ceiling fans, and are well-appointed, clean, and bright. The master bedroom is furnished with a king bed and has its own private bathroom. The other bedrooms each contain a queen bed. A queen size air mattress with linens is provided for extra sleeping accommodations.

During the Winter (Off-Season) months, this vacation home can be rented as a 3, 2 or 1 bedroom unit. Rates vary based on the configuration.

PARKING: 1 space provided in shared double carport, accommodates most vehicles (some SUV's). Garage demensions are 83" h and double wide. Available general neighborhood parking can also be utilized (metered and unmetered).

Wonderful stay

Great beach rental just a few doors from the beach. We've stayed in Newport Beach for a few years now during spring and this rental was the nicest we've stayed in and so close to the beach. Close access to board walk and beach activities. Loved our stay here.

Connie and the team at Beachview is the only way to go. This property is great and the remodel is very nice. I recommend this property and will be staying here again.

Such a great location!

This place was wonderful! A block from the beach, walking distance to grocery stores and restaurants, lots of games, and very clean! My only suggestion would be to rent the upper unit if possible because you can hear all the plumbing and walking around below.

Awesome Beach House for Family Get Togethers

Perfect location with everything you need or may want within walking distance. Early morning and sunset walks on the beach are literally steps away from your door. The house is fully furnished and is well worth every penny. You will not be disappointed. We are frequent travelers and often stay in 4 or 5 star hotels. Being able to have a full size house while on vacation beats a hotel hands down.

Fantastic Place and Hosts

Our month of February was a year in the making, having seen this house with Connie in 2014, as retirement time away from life on Long Island and all the weather - to spending quality time with family who live nearby. The home as well described is just steps from the sand and a few minutes walk to the best donuts you could ever want. The house itself is very inviting, very comfortable beds and just about any amenity you would want at the beach. The kitchen and baths were just updated prior to our arrival. The workmanship was top notch. The first week being there the upstairs unit was being updated and was a bit noisy so Mike and Connie gave us a check to cover a couple of days. Food shopping and restaurants are nearby - some good, some just OK - since we had family living there going out to eat was away from the beach. Cooking in the new kitchen was to a chef's liking, there are 2 in the family who cooked up a storm. And using the BBQ on the patio was very enjoyable. I cant say enough good things about this house except that we will be doing it again in 2016 and most likely every February thereafter.
