Located in the center of Vail Village with everything you want or need at your doorstep. Surface parking as well as underground heated parking. Southern exposure windows facing the mountain and Gore Creek. You will find Condo is fully equipped to make your stay perfect. Nothing has been overlooked or left out. The Vail Gondola is within walking distance and the bus stop to Lionshead and Goldpeak lifts and ski schools is adjacent to the surface parking lot. If you desire to go to Beaver Creek to ski the transportation center is also a very short walk from our parking lot. A wood burning fireplace adds to the comfort of your winter stay. In the late spring and summer the outdoor patio, located almost in Gore Creek, and the views of the mountain makes this a perfect spot for lunch, dinner, sunset cocktails, or just relaxing. Add all this to the fact that even though the unit is located in the center of Vail village its location on the Creek, with windows facing the Creek, allows for a very warm, cozy, noiseless, private, hideaway.

Perfect!

We loved Bill and Lori's condo in Vail Village! The updates were beautiful and the unit was perfect for my husband and I. Great view out the back, nice having a grill(we grilled one night) and being right in the village was nice, so many places to eat at when we didn't cook in. If there was anything missing it was a hot tub/pool, but we lived without it just fine. We didn't have a car which was not a problem. I ordered groceries from "Resort Delivery" and they came 5 minutes after we got there, with wine also! We shuttled to Beaver Creek one day, no problem. Thanks Bill and Lori!

P.S. sorry again about the toilet seat! Lol! Had a nice chat with your son the last day!

A little gem in the heart of Vail Village

Talisman is one of the most conveniently located condo's in Vail for skiers. The bus stops are just steps away from the front door taking minutes to get to either Golden Peak or Lionshead. Gondola One, is a walk away through the village.

The accommodation is first class with high end fixtures and fittings throughout. A genuine home from home. The undercover parking in the village is a definite bonus.

Views out across the creek to the mountains behind are stunning, and despite the sub zero winter temperatures we spent time on the back terrace just admiring it.

Bill & Lorie made us most welcome, and we were most grateful to them for allowing us to check in early. We will be returning!

THE perfect place in Vail for 2 people

Great location - out the front door and immediately catch the bus to Lionshead, the Village, or Golden Peak. We did a lot of walking. The unit is very quiet. On Gore Creek facing south with a lovely patio to sit and read or relax if you are there Spring through Fall. One and a half baths, so easy for 2 people getting ready to meet the day or heading out for the evening. We are long time Vail skiers, and this is a great location to limit the time and effort needed to carry skis and boards. The owner had gone to considerable effort to provide detailed instructions on every possible contingency, so no worries there. Highly recommended.

Talisman condo

My parents came to stay in vail to visit me, and we found this place on VRBO. We were very happy with it! So happy that my mom wanted to extend her trip and stay longer. It is very conveniently located in vail village. And it has parking which is rare in the village. The place was spacious and clean. Queen size bed in the room, and a full size Murphy bed in the living room. Beautiful view of gore creek outside sliding glass doors that let in great light and air during the warmer days. Bill was very helpful and answered all questions very quickly. I would recommend this place and look forward to having my parents stay next year.

Best Rental in Vail

I stayed here for a month and felt like I got the best place in Vail. The owners are so accommodating and helpful. No detail has been overlooked which made the move in stress free. Beautifully decorated and very comfortable and clean. The location is perfect, and there is a parking space for a car available underground. Walking trails are nearby and so are shops and restaurants. The grounds are well maintained and the back deck has an exquisite view of Gore Creek which is so soothing to hear when sitting outside reading or visiting. There is no street noise that can be heard at any time which makes opening the doors to the deck doubly inviting.

I feel very fortunate to have stayed here, and I don't think anyone who books it will be disappointed. I've stayed in many VRBO places all over the U.S., and this is the best.

I plan to go back next year and can recommend it without any hesitation to others.

Excellent place to stay, outstanding service.

Stayed here for closing weekend at Vail. Perfect location - 5 min walk to the Vail Village gondola, 3 min walk to the restaurants. Bill was extremely great to work with, made sure our stay was as easy and stress free as possible. The unit is very comfortable, clean and spacious. Highly recommend staying here.
