This beautiful vacation rental is conveniently located beside the golf course (groomed cross country ski course in winter), walking distance (0.25 mile) to Park City Mountain Resort and on the free Park City bus system. We offer a spacious 3-bedroom, 3.5 bath condominium which comfortably sleeps up to 9 people.

Completely remodeled in 2008, the condo is finished in a mountain chic style with rich chestnut leather furniture and a stunning stacked stone fireplace. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite counter-tops, and knotty alder cabinets. The radiant heat within the natural stone floors will keep your toes warm right out of the shower. The condo also offers high speed internet and a private washer/dryer. The open layout creates a comfy environment for socializing and relaxing. Michelle and John live in Park City and are available to answer any questions you have regarding the property. Jan and Don Mottinger, purchased this condo in 1995. They love to come here and enjoy the fresh mountain air and all the activities Park City has to offer. They are fortunate to have their daughter, husband and two adorable grandchildren living and working in Park City.

Great house in great location!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Park Avenue condo. It was perfect for our party of 7 with 4 adults and 3 kids. The condo is near the shuttle route and is also conveniently located across from a grocery store. We couldn't have asked for a better setup!

Park City Spring Break Ski Trip

This condo was perfect. The pictures and description were spot on. No surprises at all. Michelle was very responsive to every question and very professional. We visited with 7 adults and everyone was comfortable. 2.5 levels allowed for plenty of privacy. The beds were great and the heated floors throughout (not just the bathroom) were a welcome surprise. A five minute walk to Fresh Market and Rite Aid made our stay a pleasure. The continuously running free shuttle that was less than a 3 minute walk from the front door made getting around effortless. You do not need a car to stay here and ski PC, Canyons or Deer Valley. With a private hot tub there was no excuse to NOT go in (no running in the cold to a publice share HT). We will definitely consider this place if returning to PC.

Great Location in Park City

The location of the condo was fantastic, across the road from the Fresh Market and a short walk to the bus stop. The buses are free to anywhere in the area including all the ski fields, the Tanger Outlets, Redstone & Olympic Park. The internet connection is fantastic also. There are 3 bedrooms but the 2nd bedroom is very small and has hardly any storage, more suitable for a single person than a couple. The loft bedroom is not suitable for tall people! The kitchen is very well equipped. The heating is very efficient.

Great location very clean and well stocked

We have been vacationing in Park City for over 15 years staying at various VRBOs. This one was run by Black Diamond properties and we couldn't have been more impressed with the service. The condo is clean, well stocked and perfectly located. As a bonus the beds were heavenly (a rare treat for rental properties). The washer and dryer were great for washing ski gear and the heated floors helped curb the cold nights. Would definitely rebook this property.

Nice Condo...Very Convenient Location

The condo was clean, and the kitchen was well stocked for our family of five. The private hot tub was very nice after long days on the slopes. For us, the best part was the convenient location. We took a shuttle from the airport thus avoiding the exorbitant rental car fee. We didn't need a car at all. Fresh Markets grocery store is directly across the street from the condo complex. Within approximately 2 blocks are ski stores, Rite Aid and Squatters Pub (a great place to grab a quick bite to eat). The Park City bus system was great. We caught the free buses to and from Park City Resort to ski (had we not caught the bus, it was roughly a 4 block walk). We took the buses to downtown Main Street as well where there are shops and more restaurants. You can also easily get to The Canyons and Deer Valley via the free bus system. I wouldn't call the condo a "luxury condo" as it is starting to show a little age but it was very nice and had everything we needed. Michelle Spencer was very easy to deal with and she always responded promptly. We would definitely stay there again on a future trip.
