This house was perfect. We had a total of 12 people and we could not have been more comfortable. The location is great as is the view!
We just departed Cordillera last week from our 5 month stay this summer and wish we could have stayed longer. This is a terrific home with a very comfortable floor plan, plenty of room for our guests and walking distance from the Cordillera clubhouse and driving range. Everything is first class, including amenities like the hot tub, steam shower, pool table, wrap around deck with comfortable outdoor furniture, natural gas grill, piano; you name it. The kitchen is large and supplied with every necessity. The home faces north/south so the absence of air conditioning was never an issue, even on the warmest days. The management company was very responsive to our requests for minor repairs and maintenance, which were few. Brook and Caleb did a fine job of representing the owner's interests while respecting our privacy, and Jesus handled the minor maintenance problems with skill and a very friendly demeanor. We truly enjoyed our 5 months on Greyhawk Lane, and highly recommend this home.
Our group of 14 has rented this home for summer vacation 2 years in a row. The house sets up great for multiple families. Plenty of bedrooms for adults and a great bunk room to put the kids in. We really love the kitchen and dinning area where we can all fit for family meals.
Furnishings are really nice and very comfortable. I would like to see the tv's upgraded to larger HD models which would make for better viewing of movies and sports by the fireplace at night!!!!
The patio area has a great view down the valley, plenty of furniture and a commercial grade natural gas grill.
We have several small children in our group so having access to the community park, fishing pond and other amenities was really nice.
