Beautiful weekend, beautiful home

  • 5 of 5

I rent this home for myself and my family to stay for with me for our wedding weekend. As most of them had never been to Colorado before, I wanted to be sure it was special; jaws dropped as we all entered the house. The house was better than I could have imagined and we lacked for nothing. The house itself was grand and well appointed, but the views only added to our enjoyment of the weekend. There was plenty of space so everyone was comfortable and have privacy if they wanted, enjoy family meals together, or relax in the sun room and enjoy the fabulous view of the lake and mtns.

There is nothing that I would change or add to this place - it was, in short, perfect. If I could give this place 10 stars I surely would. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a wonderful stay at Grand Lake.

Awesome Women's Retreat!

  • 5 of 5

I plan a women's retreat each year and this was the perfect place for it! The house is beautiful, well laid out and plenty of room for the 9 of us to be comfortable! It was easy to access and Will was helpful when needed. I will most definitely be booking this again for next year and probably annually after that!

Thank you!!:))

Our Wedding

  • 5 of 5

We chose Grand Lake to have our wedding ceremony with just our children and significant others. We wanted an intimate setting in the mountains. The house far exceeded our expectations for all the these reasons and then some. We even had a private chef come in and cook us dinner in the luxurious kitchen. The photographer was able to capture the grand setting of what this house had to offer. I highly recommend this property for whatever reason you may have!!

Excellent Friends Retreat

  • 5 of 5

I wanted to organize a relaxing nature-surrounded vacation for several of my friends as a way for us to reconnect since after college we had been spread out pretty far from one another - there was a lot riding on this trip for it to be a success since everyone else had basically put their trust in me that the place would be acceptable and everyone was blown away - the house is gorgeous, the rooms are very lovely, the view of the lake can't be beat. The little touches like the bird feeders were quite nice, and we all enjoyed reading and relaxing in the sun room and on the porch. The kitchen had no problems as well, and fortunately there was a handheld mixer because I forgot to bring my own - overall a very well stocked kitchen. We did a lot of cooking! Several of my friends even said they would be willing to do the trip again to come here. I know I would certainly be up for that! The weather happened to be perfect too despite the daily warnings of thunderstorms it was sunny most of the days. Cannot recommend more highly.

Wonderful place to stay!

  • 5 of 5

This property is a wonderful place for a family gathering. The location on the lake is beautiful and provides amazing views. One morning we woke up to a moose swimming across the lake and climbing out right below the house! The house provides enough bedrooms and large living areas to accommodate a large family gathering without everyone stepping over each other. Our extended family had a wonderful time and is looking forward to visiting the house again.
