Newly renovated kitchen and bathrooms, 32 inch High Definition, Upgraded WIFI and TV Service with HBO® and Cinemax, DVD player, Stereo with CD player. Unlimited local and long distance calling in the U.S., Puerto Rico and Canada. New bar stools. Recently upgraded bedroom furniture including king size bed and box springs, dining table with 4 chairs, sofa bed, balcony furniture (4 chairs and small table).
Our Non-Smoking condo is located on the 5th floor of a five-story building and includes magnificent views from the balcony of both the Gulf of Mexico and the Intercoastal Waterway. All rooms except for the two baths have a Gulf view! Fully stocked kitchen, new refrigerator and dishwasher.
Extremely well maintained building built in 1990 situated on tropically landscaped grounds. Pool and hot tub area re-done in 2006, new gas BBQ grills in common area near pool.

My wife and I both grew up near the ocean and we love to get back to ocean every chance that we get. For the past 6 years we've been vacationing in Florida. We've particularly enjoyed our time on St. Pete Beach. It's a great location for adults and kids alike. Lots of shops, restaurants and things to do if you get tired of lazy days on the beach and easy to get around. My kids 'live in the pool' when we're on vacation. Recently, we had an opportunity to buy this fantastic condo on the beach and we couldn't pass it up!

This condo is a great example of 'location, location, location'. It's directly on the beach and close to everything.
When we stay in on the beach, we typically split our time between the pool and the beach on the sunny days and plan day trips to Tampa to visit Busch Gardens or Adventure Island. Occasionally, when it rains, we'll visit the Tyrone Mall in St Petersburg or the Factory Outlets in Ellenton.

We were here 7 days. This is a great condo! We came to St. Pete Beach quite often and always stay at a hotel or motel.

Billy's on Tierra Verde (great place)
BonAire-Bill's Sandbar (try the grilled hotdog with cheese)
Player's Club (in the Best Western)
Jimmy B's for entertainment
We are moving here soon, so hopefully we won't have to rent again.
My family and I were very pleased with this unit and property. We stayed 5 days and wished we stayed longer. The unit was clean and more than we expected. We will definitely be back!
We were looking for places in Florida to travel to from MI. We decided St Pete Beach after I realized it was rated as the #2 beach in FL by trip advisor. It's also only 25 minutes from the TPA airport. We are from Atlanta so we know Florida very well and thoroughly enjoyed St Pete Beach!
The unit and owners were fantastic. The communication was great, Paul and Robin were quick to reply to any questions and issues we had. The unit had everything that we were looking for. The pool/hot tub were nice in the evening, the beach is right in front of you and we enjoyed a surf and turf dinner using the grills provided by the pool area.
If you don't feel like cooking (which we didn't most nights) there are many restaurants/bars/grocery stores within walking distance. You really don't need a car here--we rented a car for the week but basically only used it to travel from and to the airport.
The comments about the "noise" are a little misleading. You are by a somewhat busy road, but you are also staying on the most popular strip on this beach. If you want a really quiet trip you should expect to stay somewhere that isn't beachfront or within walking distance to so many great attractions. We kept the doors and windows open and were not bothered at all.
The trip was everything we expected and more! Hopefully we can work out another return visit soon.
Upgraded condo, located right on the beach! Safe area with many amenities within a couple of minute walk (Pharmacy, Publix (grocery), Liquor store, Dollar store etc.) Hope to make it back again next year!
I've stayed here a number of times over the past few years, unit is exceptional, well decorated, close to the beach and all amenities. Owner seems to improve the unit each year.
Came for a relaxing vacation but will not get much rest due to the highway noise. Like the previous review we were hoping to have the windows open but the highway noise is loud even with the windows closed. Also, the sliding doors and blinds are in need of repair. The photos do reflect the condo but it could use some freshening up. The beach is nice but if we had to do it again we would have settled for a place off the main highway. All in all if it did not here every motorcycle and car that goes by it would be fine
I was very happy with the accurate description and photos of this property. It was very well kept and all the outside areas were very clean and well kept. The pool and beach are easy to get to and the location for restaurants and stores is great. The owner answered all our questions in a timely manner and was very nice to work with. We had a great time. and would rent again and recommend it to others.
