PJ's Perch is a beautiful three bedroom, three bathroom cabin located just minutes from Eureka's shopping district, restaurants and attractions. Located on a dead-end street, this private, quiet home has plenty of off-street parking, room enough for a boat trailer or jet skis.
Inside the Perch, a large stone, gas fireplace welcomes you to sit and stay awhile. Beautifully decorated in a rustic fishing lodge theme, the wing-backed leather chairs and hand carved table invite you to relax. The fully furnished kitchen includes stove top and oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee pot and all the dishes, bakeware, pots and pans, linens you will need. Sheets, towels are all included. There are teas, coffee, hot chocolate and popcorn for your pleasure. Cable tv and dvd player, and Wi-Fi included.
The back deck has plenty of seating with a table. Sit and sip coffee while the deer run through the back yard. The hot tub is waiting for you to enjoy, and can seat 5. There is a charcoal Weber grill, should you decide to grill out. Your furry family will enjoy the fenced-in large back yard to roam...over 1/2 an acre.
Bring your boat or jet skis. Beaver and Table Rock lakes are nearby. Hiking trails are near and plenty of attractions to keep one busy.
Most of our guests are repeat customers. They come back year after year after year. We hope you will enjoy our cabin, as well.

After staying at the Perch for many years, when it became available for sale, I jumped at the chance. We purchased the property in 2005 and haven't changed a thing. John and I have no children but have three hairless Chinese Cresteds that go with us everywhere. We work at a newspaper, so we try to get away from the stressful life and head to the Perch whenever we can. The whole city comforts us.
Pam Wingo purchased this cabin in 2005
We love the area, the beauty of the Ozarks and the people are second to none. Eureka is a very comfortable, relaxing area. We love it there.
We get up in the morning and sit on the back deck and enjoy coffee while listening to the birds and watch the wildlife run through the back yard. At night, we enjoy a glass of wine, sitting in the hot tub. Occasionally we will bring in a couple of massage therapists and enjoy a couple's massage by the fireplace.
Just wanted to let you know the "Perch" was great last week. We enjoyed the relaxing week and my 8 year old daughter just loved exploring the huge back yard. We hope to come back again in the future. Maybe when it is a little cooler. Thanks!!
We had a wonderful stay at The Perch. It's a great house and this was our third stay in it. We have friends come with us who are able to tolerate our dogs because e have a HUGE basement master that closes off from the upstairs. Everyone getting their own bathroom is the best. The deck over the beautiful wooded yard is a great place to visit. Hot tub could be hotter but then it rained our entire stay! We'll see you again next year, if not before. We've stayed in several hotels and B&Bs in Eureka Springs, but this is the only place we want to stay from now on. Thanks, Pam!
Perfect place for old friends and family to relax, enjoy Eureka Springs and get caught up with each other!
This was our 3rd time to stay and once again we had a great time. The cabin is cozy, roomy and there is lots of room for everyone. With 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms we had no problem finding our space. The downstairs is so big ! We will be back again fro another relaxing stay !
What a wonderful vacation home. Nicely decorated but not too cluttered. The coffee table was very unique. Spacious floor plan with 2 big master suites and well stocked kitchen. We stayed with another couple and our dogs for a weekend getaway. We had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. The deck and hot tub were great for relaxing and eating meals outside. The outdoor grill was okay for 4 but would be small if you were cooking for more people.
Our dogs loved the fenced yard it was so big they thought they had their own private dog park. The landscape was well maintained and not overgrown like the place next door. The fence needed a little work in spots to keep smaller dogs in but given the wooded and rocky terrain it was in fair shape. One recommendation is for more outside lighting as the acreage was very dark at night and hard to keep track of the dogs.
Had an awesome stay and well definitely stay here again when we return to Eureka.
The Perch was a great place for our girl's weekend with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. One of the best places we have stayed in our 20 years of getaways. Very quiet but still close enough to enjoy the town. All in all it was a wonderful place to stay.
We had a wonderful time staying here. It was the perfect place to come back to after motorcycle riding the roads around Eureka Springs. The cabin was very comfortable and worked well for three couples. Pam was wonderful to work with. Will definitely recommend to others.
Fishing guides available for rent. Massage therapists that will come to the cabin for a comfortable experience.
