PJ's Perch is a beautiful three bedroom, three bathroom cabin located just minutes from Eureka's shopping district, restaurants and attractions. Located on a dead-end street, this private, quiet home has plenty of off-street parking, room enough for a boat trailer or jet skis.
Inside the Perch, a large stone, gas fireplace welcomes you to sit and stay awhile. Beautifully decorated in a rustic fishing lodge theme, the wing-backed leather chairs and hand carved table invite you to relax. The fully furnished kitchen includes stove top and oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee pot and all the dishes, bakeware, pots and pans, linens you will need. Sheets, towels are all included. There are teas, coffee, hot chocolate and popcorn for your pleasure. Cable tv and dvd player, and Wi-Fi included.
The back deck has plenty of seating with a table. Sit and sip coffee while the deer run through the back yard. The hot tub is waiting for you to enjoy, and can seat 5. There is a charcoal Weber grill, should you decide to grill out. Your furry family will enjoy the fenced-in large back yard to roam...over 1/2 an acre.
Bring your boat or jet skis. Beaver and Table Rock lakes are nearby. Hiking trails are near and plenty of attractions to keep one busy.
Most of our guests are repeat customers. They come back year after year after year. We hope you will enjoy our cabin, as well.

After staying at the Perch for many years, when it became available for sale, I jumped at the chance. We purchased the property in 2005 and haven't changed a thing. John and I have no children but have three hairless Chinese Cresteds that go with us everywhere. We work at a newspaper, so we try to get away from the stressful life and head to the Perch whenever we can. The whole city comforts us.
Pam Wingo purchased this cabin in 2005
We love the area, the beauty of the Ozarks and the people are second to none. Eureka is a very comfortable, relaxing area. We love it there.
We get up in the morning and sit on the back deck and enjoy coffee while listening to the birds and watch the wildlife run through the back yard. At night, we enjoy a glass of wine, sitting in the hot tub. Occasionally we will bring in a couple of massage therapists and enjoy a couple's massage by the fireplace.
Just wanted to let you know the "Perch" was great last week. We enjoyed the relaxing week and my 8 year old daughter just loved exploring the huge back yard. We hope to come back again in the future. Maybe when it is a little cooler. Thanks!!
The Perch was a great place for our girl's weekend with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. One of the best places we have stayed in our 20 years of getaways. Very quiet but still close enough to enjoy the town. All in all it was a wonderful place to stay.
We had a wonderful time staying here. It was the perfect place to come back to after motorcycle riding the roads around Eureka Springs. The cabin was very comfortable and worked well for three couples. Pam was wonderful to work with. Will definitely recommend to others.
We stayed at The Perch for a week of our honeymoon. It was delightful. It rained the entire time we were there but that was quite alright because the home is so cozy. The hot tub is a nice feature and everything is so clean! The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked. I love this place! I want to go back very soon.
The Perch was awesome! The style and beauty of the place was beyond our expectations!! So roomy, secluded, and relaxing. We didn't even want to leave to go into town! It had everything we needed! We have stayed at other places in Eureka and this is by far our favorite place. It is also very affordable and Pam was so nice and friendly. We will be coming back a lot more times and we can't wait! We didn't want to leave!! Thanks Pam for sharing your beautiful place!
3 adult women spent 3 nights at The Perch and loved it. The kitchen was well-stocked, the beds were quite comfortable and having 3 baths meant we didn't have to share. There are 2 bedrooms on the first floor; one is a king with attached bath and the other is a queen with a bath in the hallway just steps from that bedroom. The 3rd bedroom is a king in the lower level and it is huge; it also has its own bath with a shower only-no tub. There is also another room in the lower level with a sofa bed. We spent a lot of time on the deck, especially in the evenings; we saw a deer one time and had a ruby-throat hummingbird buzzing around one day. Used the hot tub too. Being on a dead-end street means little traffic noise and the location is far enough away from downtown that you can hear the local fauna when on the deck in the evenings. We used the charcoal grill our first night there to cook up some pork steaks; Pam made sure that bbq utensils were available. There is only 1 step from the front driveway into the house, so loading/unloading your vehicle is easy. There is a side driveway where several additional vehicles can be parked if necessary. Getting into downtown Eureka Springs from The Perch only took about 5 minutes. We had a delicious dinner on Sunday at Gaskins Cabin Steakhouse north of Eureka Springs; all of us ordered the prime rib. We went to Quigley's Castle south of Eureka Springs on Monday and it was well worth the 4-5 mile drive. The house is unique and the gardens with all the handmade structures and large pieces of quartz crystal are a sight to behold. From there we went to Turpentine Creek Refuge and saw lions, tigers, bears, bobcats, cougars and even a monkey; all rescued from various locations. If you purchase your tickets at their downtown office, you save $1 on each one. We took a cruise on Beaver Lake and got to see several bald eagles as well as Monarch butterflies heading south towards Mexico for the winter. Walking around downtown ES will give your legs a workout but there are plenty of places to shop and dine at; ES also has a rather extensive trolley system with stops all over the area.
I would highly recommend The Perch to anyone; we enjoyed our stay so much that we plan on coming back again in the fall of 2016 to do some of the things we didn't have time for the first time including the train ride, tram tour and having a spa day.
My husband and my 2 female friends stayed here for 4 nights. The house was perfect. There is lots of room in the house. We had our own bathrooms and bedrooms. The pictures don't show an entire living area downstairs, which was perfect for my husband and I. Loved the dead end road it's on. We were able to walk every evening up and down the road. Only the neighbors use the road and it's very quiet. The first morning we were greeted with a doe walking along the fence. We all enjoyed our stay there and highly recommend staying here.
Fishing guides available for rent. Massage therapists that will come to the cabin for a comfortable experience.
