Single story, non-smoking, ranch house located in a quiet neighborhood with lightly traveled streets. You can sleep in late or awaken early to the sounds of birds singing. Walk, jog or bike around the perimeter of this peninsula community and have a view of the water with access points every few hundred feet. Sunbathe in the backyard or on the large deck from early morning to late afternoon. Grass backyard for kids to play in
Walk 7-1/2 blocks to the association beach, use our chairs, cooler, wagon and towels. Only a few hundred feet from the house is an access point to launch canoes or kayaks onto beautiful Eel Pond. Betsy's Diner is my all time favorite for breakfast or lunch... OR.. Just stay home. The house has everything you need to cook, microwave or grill. Eat on the deck and watch the kids play in your private back yard.
Large Outdoor shower. Great for after a day at the beach.
Seacoast Shores is a peninsula. There are public water accesses about every

Running ,walking or bike riding around the perimeter of the peninsula. Great for kids.
Nice clean property. Quite neighborhood.
We didn't expected vacation home to be this clean and managed. Kitchen has all the utensils you can think of. Grill in the backyard. Owner was really responsive over the emails.
We really enjoyed our stay.
The owners couldn't have been more accommodating! It had everything we needed to make us feel at home. The beds were comfortable and all was in working order. Very safe and quiet area with the neighborhood beach close by. My children loved exploring for fish. It was also easy access to the main roads to do some sight seeing. We would definitely stay here again!
We enjoyed our stay at this cozy cottage in East Falmouth. The Seacoast Shores neighborhood is excellent for biking and jogging. We also enjoyed the private neighborhood beach. This home is great for people of all ages including young children and seniors. The bedrooms are nicely furnished and the kitchen is well stocked. The back porch is large and welcoming, great for entertaining. I would recommend this home for people wanting to get away to the Cape for a vacation.
