This townhome is one of the more spacious units in the Highland Greens complex. With 4 bedrooms there is plenty of sleeping space for the family. It also has a full kitchen, dining table for 6, plus 3 at the bar.
The private hot tub and gas grill on the deck make for a great relaxing outdoor space that looks out at a big yard, no neighbors in the back to impede your views! The landscape in the backyard provides much needed privacy.
This home has full access to the ski shuttle that runs continually to and from the gondola, which is just 5 minutes away.
If you're looking to visit other areas in Summit County while you are here, it's a short drive to Copper Mountain, A-Basin, and Keystone ski resorts, as well as Frisco, Dillon, and Silverthorne shopping! We're a family business as well as locals, so if you have any questions or need anything during your stay we're a quick text or phone call away.
COMPLIMENTARY - Private Neighborhood Ski Shuttle service operated by the homeowners association picks up right at the end of the driveway and drops you at the gondola, lifts or Main Street. On a loop from 8am to 5pm and on call on the weekends from 6pm to 11pm. Ski season only!

Hi I'm Soni! I'm the house manager here in Breckenridge, CO. I've lived in Breckenridge for over 20 years. My family and I know this town and feel that the town knows us! I have truly enjoyed raising my kids here and I always say how lucky I am to live in these mountains. I want all my guests to fall in love with them the way I have!
What makes this Townhome unique
By far the BEST part of this unit is the private, hourly shuttle. Starting in November, there is a small bus that comes to the driveway of this unit...on the hour, every hour throughout the day which takes guests to the ski lifts in Breckenridge and to Main Street. This same shuttle brings guests back from those locations throughout the remainder of the day. This shuttle is available throughout ski season and on an on-call basis in the evening to go to Main Street for dinner or a stroll...no need to worry about finding and paying for parking!

The property was very nice.
Overall, we were very pleased with the property and property manager. Soni reached out to us several times and answered all of our questions quickly and completely. The condo was ready a bit earlier than expected and was clean and functional when we arrived. It's a kid friendly property: we had our daughter and grandkids staying with us. When they weren't skiing, they had fun going up and down the stairs and playing in their room. We enjoyed skiing at Copper and Breckenridge (31000+ vertical!). The kitchen was well equipped and we had all our meals there. We'd recommend this property to friends and family.

It was a great place to stay!
This property was really great...very spacious and comfortable. Shuttle to Breckenridge was so convenient. Unfortunately our hot tub was not functioning. We were disappointed but were so pleased that Resort Town Lodging refunded one night stay . Soni at Resort Town Lodging was absolutely great. We would definitely stay at this property again.

Probably the poorest maintained property we have ever stayed in. It looked like it had been used pretty hard over the years. Carpets were dirty, probably past cleaning. Wood work has been nicked in many places. The bed in the kids room was a futon so the mattress was poor. There was a big hump in the middle of the king bed in the master bed room which made it uncomfortable to sleep. The carpet had come loose from the tack strip on one step, probably a hazard. Patio screen door was in poor shape, screen was torn and the rollers on the door were shot. I called to report it and the lady said we will put it on the list and nothing was done. It was metal on metal. Overall it was over priced for the condition. I will not stay there again.,

Great townhouse located about a 7-10 minute drive to Main Street! This property has tons of hiking and biking trails nearby. Relax in the private hot tub on the deck after a long day of skiing!
