This duplex is custom designed and professionally decorated. The townhome is different from all other Highland Greens units due to it's remodeled and updated look. With 4 bedrooms, there is plenty of sleeping space for the family. It also has a full kitchen, dining table for 6, plus 3 at the bar.
The private hot tub and gas grill on the deck make for a great relaxing outdoor space that looks out at a big yard, no neighbors in the back to impede your views! The berm in the backyard provides privacy along with a great sledding opportunity for the little ones.
The bedrooms are as follows: King Master Suite Queen Bedroom Two Extra Long Twins Bunk Room with Full on bottom Twin on Top 3 Full bathrooms Full size washer and dryer. This 4 bedroom can be combined with the 3 bedroom, plus den that is adjoining, to form a 7 bedroom, plus den. This home has use of the ski shuttle that runs continually to and from the gondola, which is 5 minutes away.
Awesome location just 5 minutes from Main Street. North Breckenridge location right near Highway 9 provides excellent access to all of Summit County! Frisco is 10 minutes away; Keystone; 15 minutes; Copper Mountain 20 minutes; A-Basin, 20 minutes; and shopping in Silverthorne is 20 minutes.

COMPLIMENTARY - Private Neighborhood Ski Shuttle service operated by the homeowners association picks up right at the end of the driveway and drops you at the gondola, lifts or Main Street. On a loop from 8am to 5pm and on call on the weekends from 6pm to 11pm. Ski season only!

By far the BEST part of this unit is the private, hourly shuttle. Starting in November, there is a small bus that comes to the driveway of this unit...on the hour, every hour throughout the day which takes guests to the ski lifts in Breckenridge and to Main Street. This same shuttle brings guests back from those locations throughout the remainder of the day. This shuttle is available throughout ski season and on an on-call basis in the evening to go to Main Street for dinner or a stroll...no need to worry about finding and paying for parking! The next best benefit is the lock-off feature with the unit next door. Open the doors and you have a home with 7 bedrooms plus den, which will sleep 20-22 people (with two kitchens, two garages, and two hot tubs!)
The house was more than expected! It was roomy and very accommodating for 9 of us! It felt very comfortable. Loved the fireplace and the hot tub was very clean! The views day and night are amazing and we have already referred you to others!
We had a great time! We were out for my daughter's wedding so our time was spent with family and taking care of wedding stuff. But the property itself was great! The location was awesome–not far from the house my daughter rented for the wedding.
We really enjoyed our stay and had no major issues. It's an easy 5 minute drive to downtown Breckenridge. The property itself was as advertised. Spacious with appropriate storage, utensils, dishes, etc. The hot tub was nice and worked well. The gas fireplace was excellent–just flip the switch and it's on! The neighborhood was very nice and we enjoyed taking walks throughout. The wifi is a little weak and there could be some more lighting in the front area. Otherwise, enjoyable stay.
This property is conveniently located between Breckenridge and Frisco. Very easy to get in and out of either town, and there is a shuttle service that will take you from the house to the slopes! The house and its amenities are very nice and up to date. I'm not sure if the floors are heated or not but they sure felt like it! We had a great time overall and I would definitely recommend this property.
Recently stayed at this property for our yearly family trip. I have stayed in Breckenridge many times and usually at a ski in ski out so was a little concerned about taking the shuttle. The shuttle service was awesome and couldn't have worked any better for our group for both getting into town or to the slopes. It was pretty much like having your own cab service for free as the shuttle only serves this small community. Best part was having a heated garage which is something you just don't get on the slope. The condo was beautiful and in excellent condition. Everthing worked as it should as well as the beds were very comfortable (also very important). We definitely will be staying here again. Very nice place to stay.
The house was perfect for our group of adult couples and kids. We were able to put the kids to bed on one side while the grown ups got to stay up and watch movies, play games, etc. on the other side. Plenty of space for our large group and loved the way it backs to an open space was great for privacy. Beautiful inside although if you use the downstairs office pull out couch it's not comfortable for a couple to sleep on. Great amenities and beautiful. Perfect location for us just south of Breckinridge so that we could enjoy both Breckinridge within minutes as well as Dillon Lake. Will definitely rent again and loved that every room had a TV in case you wanted to lay in bed all morning.
