There are 2 bedrooms, one on the 2nd floor & another on the 3rd floor. The 3rd floor bedroom is the master bedroom w/ walk-in closet & ensuite bathroom.. The second bedroom is at the rear on the 2nd floor w/ a second bed suitable for 2 people. Located on the same level level is the stacking clothes washer & dryer, the second 4-piece bathroom, kitchen & living room.
Located only 1.5 blocks away is one of Toronto's most famous and enjoyed parks, 'Withrow Park'. An absolutely stunning family friendly park w/ swings for children & an outdoor rink for skating in the winter.

With each reservation we take on this suite, we, unfortunately, have a number of other guests which we have to turn away. We understand that circumstances sometimes happen that cause our guests to cancel so we have a cancellation policy which we feel is fair to all. If the cancellation is 61 days or more from the date of arrival, the refund is 100%. If the cancellation notice is between day 60 and day 31 prior to arrival, the refund is 75% and if 30 days or less the refund is 50% of the deposit.
This house is not a 'party house'. Parties are not permitted and in the event you wish to book our rental with the purpose of having a party then I would suggest another accomodation might better suit your needs. We respect our neighbours and the relationship we have with them.

We were so happy to find this great apartment in a wonderful location. When traveling as a family, it is much better to stay in an apartment than a hotel. This place included all of the necessities and was conveniently located within walking distance of parks, restaurants and public transportation. We will definitely try to stay here again on our next trip to Toronto.
We would like to rent this apartment again and again. We have stayed 3 separate times and it feels like a home away from home. BUT, hard as we tried, we could not get a response from the owner to book the place for our Christmas visit to family in Toronto - we have tried phone calls, emails, texts, to no avail. We are very disappointed. We had no issues during any of our stays and always leave a rental as clean as what we find it. We are quiet and respectful and were not made aware of any concerns on the part of the owner. I can only assume that he is unable to respond due to illness or other such personal matters. IF you can get a response from the owner, I would highly recommend the unit. I don't think I want to work this hard to book a place but unfortunately, now we don't have the spot that we so loved. Maybe he is no longer booking this unit but I wish I knew for certain.
We stayed for 3 weeks in January while in Toronto visiting our daughter for the birth of her first child. The apartment was perfect! A most convenient location with short walks (under 10 mins) to TTC and shopping on Danforth or in Gerrard Square in spite of the cold weather.
The apartment I s well designed, spacious, very clean, attractively decorated and is most comfortable. The photos provide an excellent representation.
The kitchen was a delight to use and was equipped with everything we needed to prepare our own meals (and many dinners for delivery to the new mom and dad).
In spite of the extra cold weather, the apartment was warm and cozy with the gas fireplace providing additional warmth to a very comfortable living room which also faces south and gets any sun throughout the day.
The third floor master bedroom is large with a luxurious ensuite bathroom, which has lovely natural light from the south facing window and is well appointed - I found the air jet soaker tub nicely invigorating.
When we arrived in the middle of a snow storm, Wilfred was very welcoming and provided a helpful orientation to the apartment and area. He and Brad maintain a fabulous property and we would love to return.
We arrived 2 days before Christmas and what a lovely sight when I walked up the stairs into the living room and saw the Christmas Tree. Such a welcomed touch for us spending the holiday other than in our own home.
There are only pluses to staying in this beautiful and clean apartment. We had everything we needed, including parking. During our stay we were alone in the house with no one renting the apartment below until the day before we left. It was very quiet which we really appreciated. The bedroom on the 2nd level of this apartment is where we slept although one of us needed to sleep in the lower level bedroom one evening and it was also very quiet and comfortable.
The neighbourhood is quiet, clean, safe and provides good walking access to many areas we explored, like Queen St. East, and the Danforth. Public transportation is easily accessible also with a short walk to Bloor/Pape subway and a bus route on Pape St.
We enjoyed the coziness the gas fireplaces (one in the main bedroom and one in the livingroom) during our stay.
We appreciated having the spacious master bathroom off the main bedroom and having the 2nd bathroom conveniently located by the lower level bedroom. The spa tub in the main bedroom looks luxurious but we never made the time to use it but will next time.
You will want for nothing staying in this great apartment.
We really appreciated working with Wilfred on our arrangements. He was very accommodating.
We plan to be repeat customers as a result of this stay.
The unit is fresh, clean and comfortable. Very well furnished and supplied...with one exception. We were disappointed with the beds. Far too broken down for comfort. We would have appreciated a closet rod in the short closet in the downstairs bedroom. Neighborhood quiet and quaint. The landlord was gracious and helpful.
