Your vacation condo is luxuriously appointed with natural elements throughout : wood, stone, leather and hardwood flooring. Your every need is catered for with nine appliances and quality cookware to satisfy even the most discerning of cooks.The spacious open dining and living room area provides a great area for entertaining with a 42' TV/DVD, iPod stereo, Rundle rock fireplace, solid wood dining suite and access to a private third floor balcony with a large gas BBQ. The living room also includes a queen sofa bed comfortably sleeping two more guests. Each bedroom is furnished with a Queen-size solid wood Bed, pillow top, 600 coil mattresses, high thread count linens and down duvets. Master bedroom also has a 32' LCD TV.
Situated on the third floor, this condo has extensive views from the living room, both bedrooms and private balcony to the South and West providing stunning views of the Three Sisters and Rundle Mountain ranges. The condo also backs on to a private courtyard and mountain creek, providing a very serene and quiet setting. All of the posted pictures are guaranteed to be actual pictures of the unit and its views. This unit has the best unobstructed views in the lodge. Most of the condos in Canmore (e.g. Canmore Crossing, Solara, Falcon Crest, Blackstone, etc...) are further out in very busy areas with high density, close to noisy highway and railroad. Rundle Cliff in quiet Spring Creek is a much superior location for your stay with a short beautiful boardwalk along a creek to walk to downtown. We also included the use of a Banff National Park pass. This has a value of $20 per visit to the park.
For your relaxation and enjoyment after a hard earned day skiing, hiking or sight-seeing, is an outdoor 8 person hot tub providing stunning views of the mountains. You can also use the exercise facilities in the lodge which include tread mill, stationary bike, elliptical trainer, and free weights. A billiard room is also available for the guests.
Compared to other Rundle Cliff units: All units in Rundle cliff are exceptional, however some like ours have superior location within the building. The building is V shaped and units on inside of V like ours have the best views and are quieter as you cannot hear the train noise and traffic noise. The hot tub is also on the inside of the V, on the third floor like our unit so is very handy.

All the other vacation rental properties in Canmore are further out from downtown on busy Railway avenue or between highway 1A and highway 1. Spring Creek is a very short walk to downtown along beautiful Policeman's Creek boardwalk. Rundle Cliff Lodge is definitely the highest quality construction of any vacation rental in town. From the balcony the view is just of the mountains, trees and creek, not of roads and other buildings.

Upon walking into this condo my friend and I knew we were in for a treat. The place was spotless, appeared just like the photos, and immediately made one feel like they were at home. The incredible view of Three Sisters from the balcony made everything even better!
The location for us was perfect. We had come to explore Banff + Yoho and used Canmore as our home base. It was a quick walk into town and situated nicely so that Vermillion Lakes, Two Jack, Lake Minnewanka, Bow Lake, and even Moraine, Peyto, and Lake Louise were easy drives.
The kitchen was equipped quite sufficiently and after long days exploring and taking photographs it was nice to come home, make dinner, and relax in the common area. Don was a great host, taking time to share favorite lakes, hikes, and restaurants with us. Since it was our first time in the area his insight was invaluable. Looking forward to our next visit!
Beautiful condo, with a postcard view of the mountains. It's very well located in Canmore, in that it is within walking distance of town centre, but still easily accessible to the highway, without any highway noise. I doubt there is a better location in Canmore.
Also, Don (the owner) is a very attentive host. Great advance communication, and he dealt with a very minor check-in issue within, literally, a few minutes.
We have stayed in this condo three times now. Once again, it was just what we needed. The property is perfectly located and just as pictured. Don is always responsive and a great person to work with for our rental needs.
This is a terrific property. It has one of the best views in Canmore: Three Sisters and Ha Ling. I really liked the location and we walked everywhere. It is a ten minute walk to the town centre and very close to the river paths. The condo is beautifully maintained and has a well equipped kitchen. I highly recommend it.

Beautiful location, convenient to downtown Canmore, Banff, and Lake Louise. The condo was furnished with everything we needed for a fall family vacation. We had a lovely time and will likely book the condo again. (One minor negative was the construction of a large hotel next door to the condo - workers started at 7:30 am even on Saturday - however, this didn't detract from an overall very positive experience.)
