Cozy house in a beautiful area! Highly Recommend!

  • 5 of 5

I grew up in Beaufort, and couldn't wait to one day show my kids the beauty of that area! This home was amazing and the perfect place to be able to introduce them to all the things that Beaufort has to offer.

They had a blast and were excited to see that there were 2 beds that would be perfect for them.

While we didn't get to actually take the walk to the waterfront park, the drive there was just as great.

I felt like I was a kid again getting to see the beauty of the Spanish moss hanging from the trees while hanging out on the front porch of the house and even when enjoying the serenity of the back yard.

I highly recommend this house to anyone with small children, anyone who is looking for a place to stay while visiting for loved ones graduating from USMC boot camp, or really just anything.

I truly and fully believe that I will be back before long, whether it is as a family trip again or as relaxing trip alone. None of us really wanted to leave!

Thank you for opening up your home in Beaufort, is was truly a pleasure and honor to be able to stay there!

Lovely cottage in the heart of Beaufort

  • 5 of 5

Beautiful cottage in a perfect location. We loved the updates. The screened porch allowed us to be out enjoying the evenings with no bugs. We walked and rode bikes everywhere.

Really nice house.

  • 5 of 5

We had a great time. The house was close enough to the waterfront that we could walk to the race venue (for a dragon boat festival). We also walk to dinner in Beaufort. I would highly recommend this house. We will be back next year

Wish We Had More Time

  • 4 of 5

The property was very clean and comfortable. We had 6 adults and had plenty of room, kitchen ware, towels and etc.. We did find a few native pests but that is to be expected for the area. Although the wi-fi was working we could not get the television to work on channels so we enjoyed a couple of the movies supplied in the DVR. Just as well, we used our free time exploring the area. The business people in the historic district were absolutely wonderful and helpful. Had a lot of good conversations with them and, of course, spent some money locally. We ate at several restaurants but the one that really stood out was called "The Upper Crust" which is a hidden Italian restaurant across the bridge in the Lady Island area. Great food, service, helpings and prices. Thanks for the hospitality. We will use your home the next time we visit.

Owner's Response: Thank you for your thoughtful review, we want to address your concerns with the issues you have experienced. We had the house treated with a full protection around the entire house, and the native pests you saw were very uncommon. The house is mostly free of pests year around but we had pest control come out and spray the entire house and property just to make sure. As for the TV, another guest unplugged one of the cables to play their Xbox and/or PlayStation and we were unaware of this matter. Therefore this problem is fixed. We are sorry for the issues you had but they have been dealt with. We at Tree House Rentals want to make sure every guest are at home when they stay at the house. We are also glad that you found some great restaurants and great people around the area and we look forward to having you back and staying with us again.
