Mango Key is a gated complex with a large heated pool and hot tub.
Our unit was renovated in 2015 with newly installed tile flooring and upgraded furnishings. Our unit features three TV's, ceiling fans, central Air Conditioning and Heat, a screened-in porch, 1100-1200 square feet of living area and much, much, more...

About Norman White
Husband and wife from Littleton, Massachusetts. We began visiting this property in 1992 when it first opened and finally bought in 1997. We still visit each year and our daughter Angela now works at Universal Studios Orlando.

Spacious, great location, awesome owner communications
This Mango Keys Condo was very spacious with plenty of amenities. The location worked great for us visiting Universal Orlando. Communications with the owner was very timely and sincere. I highly recommend this condo, and will look to book here again on my next trip to Orlando.
Really good location and Nice house
Everything was as description.
The house is really good, has all items that we need to enjoy a vacation in Family, it was clean and
is well located, close to WalMart, Target, restaurantes, gas station etc.

Beautiful condo, great location!
This rental was perfect for us. 1st floor entry, clean, modern decor and plenty of space. One bedroom/bath , one bedroom upstairs with twin beds. Well stocked convenient kitchen, comfortable living room, and a washer/dryer, so nice to have. Pool/hot tub just steps away and nicely maintained. Location is perfect to shopping, restaurants, attractions and major FLA routes.

My husband and I stayed at this condo twice with our 2 small children;Once in 2009 and then again in 2013 and we are looking to come back again later this year. It was absolutely perfect both times. The cost of the property, the property amenities and the owners are all terrific. This is the perfect place to stay if you are visiting the Disney area but don't want to stay in Orlando. My son who is now 10 requested to stay at this condo when he heard we were going back to visit Disney World. Highly Recommend.
A bit dated
We were a little disappointed with the condo. It looks so nice in the photo's, but the turquoise carpet was very dirty (can't take shoes off comfortably), the tiles broken and chipped, and all around just run down. We stay in many VRBO properties and for the same price we stayed in a very updated clean condo just 2 months ago, so when I needed a last minute property I was happy to get this one, but then found out why it was available. The owners are nice and easy to work with, the condo just needs some attention and possibly some help with the beds, we left early just to get home to a more comfortable bed. Location for theme parks is very good. Bring toilet paper (ran out second day in upstairs bath), dish and dishwasher soap, hand soap, paper towels,etc. NO starter pack (makes you wonder if previous renter washed dishes with soap???)
Not just this rental but most do not furnish any of this, however I must say that the nice one we stayed in did provide a minimum amount of necessary items and it was very much appreciated for the small amount it cost them, it went along way in customer service. So all in all - Location good, owner nice, just needs some updating, cleaning, and better beds. We did leave a day early and notified owner so he could get in early to get ready for next guest. No refund offered, but that's OK
Betsey, we appreciate the feedback on where repairs are needed. As owners who visit perhaps once a year we rely on this type of feedback so that we know what needs repair/updating.
We have gone through the unit to review areas that you have identified for us. We have obtained quotes and the week of June 13-June 20th, 2015 the following work will be done:
1) Carpeting replaced on stairs, downstairs bedroom & upstairs bedroom
2) Tile flooring replaced (living room, kitchen & hallway)
3) Painting (kitchen ceiling, bathroom & cement floor on patio)
4) Beds replaced (2 twins & the one queen)
The appearance and comfort of staying in our Mango Key condo is of the utmost importance to us so spending $5,000 for the above work is well worth it for us to improve our guests' comfort and enjoyment of our condo .
If you are interested Betsey I will offer you one free week stay at our condo (any Saturday-Saturday week not already booked except peak weeks Easter, Xmas and New Years). Please let me know.
