This is a non smoking unit. South Seas Club Tower 3 is in a 55 acre gated community with lush tropical landscaping and is located on the north end of Marco Island's Crescent Beach and at the south end of Tiger Tail Beach. Walk south for parasailing, jet skiing, shops, restaurants, resident's beach, resorts etc. Walk north to Tiger Tail Beach, a picturesque thirty one acre nature preserve and shorebird nesting area where a snack bar, a picnic area with grills, a playground, and a concession stand. There you can rent inner tubes, canoes, kayaks, paddle boats, and cabanas. Be sure to bring a tote to keep all the sand dollars and shells you can carry. Watch the dolphins swim by, take in the most amazing sunsets and

incredible views from the private 37' balcony or enjoy the tropical breeze.

Consider visiting the heated pool, enjoy the numerous walking paths, or play one of the 10 clay tennis courts. (Hourly rate apply)

With plenty of room for the whole family our 2 bedroom, 2 bath newly updated and furnished beach front condo is beautifully decorated, luxuriously appointed and could easily sleep six. A King size bed in the master bedroom, a Queen bed in the guest bedroom, and a Queen sofa bed can comfortably accommodate your vacation stay. Additionally, our spacious living room, dining room, fully-equipped kitchen, and two full baths provide space for everyone. A panoramic view of the platinum white sand beach and the beautiful blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico can be seen through the wall of windows in the living room and both bedrooms.

The all new kitchen is lavishly equipped and fully stocked with cookware, dishes, stove, microwave, garbage disposal, coffee maker, toaster oven and dishwasher. The kitchen also has an open view of the dining room, living room, beach and Gulf of Mexico.

There is beautiful tile flooring throughout the kitchen, dining room and hall.

Marco Island is a small, family-oriented community that boasts 335 days of sunshine every year. The atmosphere on Marco Island is very casual, warm and friendly. Anytime is a great time to enjoy the warm, emerald blue waters and white sand beaches of Crescent Beach or Tigertail Beach. Hello Tom and Happy New Year.

Just returned from our wonderful Christmas vacation in your beautiful place. We hope your housekeeper found everything just as it was when we arrived.

You have provided your guests with everything they could possibly need for a relaxing stay. The balcony provided an amazing view of the sunrises and was a perfect reading spot. The weather was great considering the fact it was December and we arrived home to several inches of snow (UGH!!!!). Our kids got some gorgeous pictures of the sunsets. One also remarked that driving onto Marco was like driving into Hollywood.

For my husband and I, The Crazy Flamingo has always been a favorite. Our 1st visit there was 22 years ago and it was great to see (and taste) that the wings are still the best !

Thank you again for sharing your beautiful condo with us. We would definitely rent it again.

Home Away from Home - in Paradise

Just finished another week's stay at Paradise on the Gulf! The condo has become our "home away from home" when visiting Marco Island. We enjoy everything about this well-appointed condo situated right on the beach, and will continue to book our vacations with Tom (who is always great to work with). Planning to return again in a couple months. If you're looking for a wonderful vacation spot in Marco Island, book your stay at Paradise on the Gulf. You will love it. We surely do!

Well equipped, beautiful condo

We had a great time at South Seas. The only negative was the walk to the beach from tower 3. The beach is very wide. Other than that the condo was immaculate and well stocked with all that we needed.

This property is clean and comfortable. The owner, Tom, has done a fantastic job of making amenities available. Wonderful view from the deck with access from both bedrooms and the living room. Everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We love Marco Island and truly enjoyed our stay in this particular unit.

Amazing condo; Fully equipped; Awesome beach location!!

We stayed at Paradise on the Gulf in May 2017, and it was wonderful! The condo is well-appointed and felt like our very own place during the week we spent there. Beautifully decorated with everything you need for a relaxing beach vacation. Our experience working with Tom (owner) was great. We enjoyed the beach, balcony and pool, and didn't want to leave. We are making plans to return soon and Paradise on the Gulf will be our first choice.

Paradise on the Gulf...two couples

Having spent two January time-share weeks on the Southerly region of Marco Island in 2015 and 2016, we were concerned that a visit to the Notherly section might not be as enjoyable. We had walked the beach time and again noting that the condos in the North seemed to be quite distant from the water's edge. It turns our that the 7 minute walk was a "piece of cake" and, in fact, more than offset by access to the Tigertail Beach/lagoon, kayaks and tiki bar. We were able to explore more of the Marco Beach shoreline to the North with this location. The Condo Assn personnel could not have been more acommodating and the Unit Owners are responsive and extremely easy to deal with. The Unit is well-cared-for and lacked nothing in support of our vaction. In fact. we were present for the wifi/cable update! The views were Marco Island expected. Access to Northshore dining (walking) was just as good as the Southerly version with optional driving trips totally convenient. All in all this was a pleasant "eye opener" for all of us and we look foward to returning in 2019 to this very same Unit...God Willing.

We wanted to return as soon as we left . . .

This condo is beautiful, comfortable in a way that makes you feel well-cared for, relaxing and very well-appointed. We loved being able to easily step out onto the long balcony from any room. The fabulous views and easy access to miles and miles of beautiful beach and warm Gulf water made it a perfect location. The owner is wonderful and easy to work with. This trip was our first to Marco Island. We hope to return again and will certainly make this condo our first choice!

Marco Island is the largest of the 10,000 islands of Southwest Florida. The everglades is nearby for swamp buggy tours and alligator sightings! Shelling and boating through the canals are incredible! Days of fun and adventure! Marco Island is a very modern city with a homespun feel.....all the amentities including shopping but close to many adventures in nature. Really an eye opener and your vacation will be exciting for sure!
