After spending several years in the Salt Lake City area we started traveling to the southern end of UT to take our daughter to soccer tournaments in St George and Las Vegas. Once we spent time in the St George area we fell in love with the area. The climate from September to June is ideal and there are endless outdoor activities. The location of the Blackrock Condos is ideally located between I-15 and Snow Canyon and right on Sun Brook golf course. We hope you come and visit and enjoy your time here as much as we have.

We enjoy hiking and playing golf. Snow Canyon State Park and Zion/Kolob Canyon National Parks are near by. The weather is very moderate during the fall, winter and spring. Over 300 days of sun per year. Access to numerous reservoirs and Lake Mead and Powell are within an hour and a half. The views and colors of this canyon country are beautiful. There are a number of outstanding golf courses in the St George area and in Mesquite NV which is only 45 minutes away.
The condo was the perfect setting, on Sunbrook Golf Course, with great views of the stunning red sandstone hills.
The unit was clean and well equiped, and quiet. We loved our time there. Nothing is far in St. George, and there are tons of outdoor activities to do. Thanks!
This condo totally exceeded itself with great views, space, and well maintainted. Its located in a very
nice area of St.George. The photos didn't do the place justice, in person you really get the "wow" factor.
We got around easily to all Huntsmen game activities. We drove to Zion, only 45 min away. We went to Bryce as well. If your looking for good pizza I recommend, Bella Maries Pizzera. We plan on going back next Oct and I will want to stay here again!
We have stayed at this condo 3 times within the last 2 years and have thoroughly enjoyed the comforts that come with it. It is very clean, has good furnishings and is spacious. Over the last couple of years we have enjoyed the upgrading the owners have done to make their renters stay as comfortable as possible. Owners are very accessible any questions are very promptly replied to.
Most of all, we have really enjoyed the awesome views from the living room and balcony and have spent many a time relaxing in the wonder of it all.
We are golfers and have golfed many of the courses in the area. We also like to walk and it is an excellent area for walking and hiking and sight seeing is only minutes away.
We like to cook most of our own meals, but when we have gone out there are so many good restaurants in the area that it is tough to decide where to eat. One of our favorites is Don Pedro's Mexican restaurant which is very close, and even within walking distance if you wished.
We would definitely would rent from Paul and Cynthia again.
This wonderfully decorated condo has been a frequent oasis for our family for over 5 years. The view of Snow Canyon is breath-taking, and we have enjoyed meals on the patio as we watch the first golfers in the morning or the last golfers of the day. The location is perfect for enjoying the local recreation of Snow Canyon, family parks and surrounding National Parks. Guests have the option of cooking in the fully equipped kitchen or enjoying one of the local restaurants. Each stay offers a full schedule of available activities or the ability to just relax and enjoy the views. Grocery stores and shopping in close proximity.
We have spent the past six winters in this property and have enjoyed it very much. The view and the
accommodations are excellent. The owners are very helpful and very nice people. The description
and photos of the property are right on. The property is well maintained and we would recommend
this property very highly. Many great restaurants and attractions are close to this property.
