Guestbook comments from the owner

We arrived Eurostar after our trip of Paris and found this lovely apartment a wonderful choice even the tea and biscuits was a site for tired eyes, many many sites right on our doorstep was amazing. With this in mind we were able to very easily and safely walk most places and the underground station is also next door to the apartment for further afield. We felt like neighbours to the queen and the prime minister.

Our stay exceeded our high expectations. We will return and will recommend the apt to our friends

  • 5 of 5

This was our first time staying at an apt in Europe and we were a bit nervous about doing so. However everything went smoothly. The apartment was very nice and the location was superb. The staff was helpful and responsive to our every need. We could not have asked for a better experience and hopefully will return again to stay at this apt in the near future. The apartment was convenient to everything a tourist could need or ask for; tube, bus lines, wide variety of eating choices all within easy walking. Plus have St James so close for a morning stroll could not be beat. Loved our stay!

Perfect

  • 5 of 5

The hosts were very helpful before our stay and were available if any problem came up (none did) during our stay. The flat is beautiful and comfortably furnished. It is in the perfect location, steps from the tube, coffee, restaurants, groceries, parks, tourist attractions, etc. A truly wonderful experience.

Great Apt in a Great Location!

  • 5 of 5

Our family visited London for 3 days end of March 2017. The location of this apartment is perfect for visiting all the major sites -Westminister Abbey, Big Ben and Parliament and Buckingham Palace are all minutes away. We even walked to Trafalgar Square.

The StJames station is on the same block as the apt making it was very easy to travel into other parts of London (Soho, Camden, CoventGardens). The Underground is simple even from Heathrow, one transfer and costs around 5 pounds.

The apartment was clean and comfortable for our family of five. Marc was very quick in response to questions. We also appreciated two sets of keys, wifi and love the warming rack in the bathroom.

A convenient store is right around the corner for water and snacks. Coffee in the morning is a must-Costa and Pret A Manger are down the street ( I highly recommend the croissant at Pret).

Thanks for a great stay!

Fantastic location and a very nice apartment

  • 5 of 5

My wife and I had a wonderful week staying here. It's an amazing location, centrally located and within walking distance of several sites. And if you have to travel by Tube, it's only a 30 second walk to the station. The apartment is spacious and extremely well-maintained. Next time we are in London, I expect we will see if this place is available again. Coordinating with Marc could not be easier. Overall, we had an exceptional experience.

Perfect location for first visit to London

  • 5 of 5

The location of this apartment was perfect for our first visit to London. It is within very close walking distance to Buckingham Palace, Westminster Abbey, the Churchill War Museums and St. James Park. We enjoyed walking a little further (maybe 1.5 miles) over the Westminster Bridge to the London Eye and other attractions. There is an Underground station about half a block away, which is also really convenient.

The apartment is one bedroom with a sofa sleeper and roll-away bed, which worked perfectly for our 2 teenage daughters. There were no surprises--the apartment looks exactly as it appears on the website, and we found it to be clean and comfortable. Although we didn't do any cooking there, the kitchen was fully-equipped. Accessing the building was very easy. We could hear noise from the street below, but nothing bothersome.

There is a Starbucks just steps away, and many places to eat nearby. We found one little neighborhood spot that we loved so much, we went three times!

Marc, the owner was super responsive and very helpful throughout the process. And since this was our first experience with VRBO, he made us feel very comfortable.
