Why Kevin Sutherlin or Chris Bryan chose Historic District
My wife and I, along with my Cousin and his family, have been enjoying both winter skiing and summer activities in Breckenridge for years. After looking at houses each summer, we finally found the perfect house that is ideal for every season and decided to partner on the home.
What makes this House unique
Enjoy the easy walk to Main St. with all the shopping, restaurants and nightlife. It is a short walk to Carter Park and the great sledding hill. Beautiful view overlooking the Historic District and downtown Breckenridge, with convenient location and quiet surroundings.
100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date.
Perfect Family Getaway
This house was perfect for our family of 5, which includes 3 teenagers. Both the accommodations and the location were great. It was clean, everything in the house worked as expected, and it was a short walk to town. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again if/when we go back to Breckenridge.
Thank you Mr. Richardson! We would love to have y'all again sometime.
Nice property and perfect for 6 people. Furniture nice, washer and dryer nice. Kitchen thoroughly stocked. Beds and pillows are a little hard and could use a few extra fans on warm days and window coverings for the rooms upstairs otherwise you are waking up with the daylight 😊
My family and I had a great vacation in Breckenridge and really enjoyed staying in this home. The location was fantastic and the views from nearly every window were spectacular. We really enjoyed being able to walk everywhere. There are coffee shops, restaurants, shopping and even a grocery store within walking distance of the home. We even walked to the Gondola for our day of skiing/snowboarding. It was perfect. I would highly recommend this home and would consider staying here again should we be able to return for another family vacation.
Christmas Vacation With the Family For Skiing
We stayed there during the Christmas season with the entire nuclear family, including daughters, husbands and two grandchildren, ages 2.5 and 4. The goal was for skiing. We had several first timers, so 3 days of lessons were taken by each, and they were great. The town was only a short walk from the house and, inasmuch as it was the heart of the Christmas season, it was hopping. Even finding a table at Starbucks required skill and patience. The house was great, although the stairs to the upstairs bedrooms and bath were a bit a bit challenging for the small children. The kitchen was well equipped and most breakfasts and dinners were prepared in the house. Our hosts were extremely accommodating whenever we needed assistance. All in all, we recommend the house highly.
Great and relaxing!
This house had everything we needed. The beds were so comfortable and the upstairs bathroom was perfect! Even had a view while taking a shower. We had some parking concerns (it was trash day) but the house manager Danette was always there to help. Slept with the windows opened and was never noisy. Would stay again!
Thank you so much for your kind review. I am glad you enjoyed your stay and look forward to having you again!
