This beautiful condominium is the ideal place for family get-togethers, or corporate retreats. If you are needing more room or there is a conflict in you dates of interest, I have two condos in this same complex. Homeaway/VRBO ID#'s 326150 and 326146. Both have 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, spacious living/dining areas, fully equipped kitchen, spacious balcony with lots of patio chairs and tables. Large sparkling pool and a bubbling hot Jacuzzi, not to mention the beach is right out your back door. FANTASTIC FIREWORKS THROUGHOUT THE SUMMER!!!

Custom decorations – New Paint, New Furniture, newly remodeled master bathroom, Granite Kitchen Countertops & Bathroom Vanities. 2 new flat screen TVs. (3 total with DirecTV). Free WiFi! Our second home and we would love to enjoy it with you.

Right on the beach – terrific sunrises. A furnished balcony for your first cup of coffee while watching the waves rolling in and out. A heated pool and spa along with a sunbathing deck is provided. Barbecue area is at the north end of the complex. The beach is just a step down from the pool area.

Picture taking moments of kite boarding, people watching, volleyball viewed from the balcony. You can be as active as you want or enjoy a truly relaxing vacation by letting others do the work.

Restaurants/shopping within walking distance-city provides free transportation 'The Wave'. Come relax with us!!

Just up the road are many local attractions too. Further north you can attend daily events at the South Padre Island Convention Center or bring your binoculars and see what birds you can spot at the South Padre Island Birding and Nature Center. With over 300 migratory birds coming through the Rio Grande Valley, the birding center is one of the best places in the world to see and hear the sounds of amazing wildlife. The birding center has over 3300 feet of boardwalk to enjoy nature and even experience the collage of colors at sunset. Other features of the Birding Center include 5 bird blinds, an auditorium with a video about wildlife on South Padre Island, and five-story Birding Center tower with spectacular views of everything from the Laguna Madre to the Gulf of Mexico.

We also have the Turtle Rescue Center, horseback riding, kayaking, and even kite boarding nearby. Kite boarding is one of the fastest growing and most popular activities on South Padre Island. You can become an expert on the waves with the help of kite boarding schools like Air Padre Kiteboarding and SPI Kiteboarding. Don’t forget to enjoy a breathtaking Dolphin Boat ride with the crews at Sea Ranch Marina. You can get up close and personal to the playful dolphins in the splash of the Laguna Madre. Don’t miss out on these experiences!

"Fishing" - there is always fishing. Take advantage of Deep Sea or Bay fishing.

Such a wonderful condo! Warm and welcoming,right on the beach. Fully equipped, everything you need is there. Beautifully maintained property and great staff, especially Rudy! Beautiful sun and full moon rises over the gulf. Close to everything! Can't wait to return!!

Great Beach and Ocean View

This condo does not disappoint. The ocean views are breath-taking and unobstructed. The walk to the beach is short and easy. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook or have a quick sandwich or cup of coffee. The towels are nice and fluffy!! The location is great as it is close to restaurants, gas stations and grocery stores without being on the main road. I would highly recommend this property as the condo is clean, warm and is a great location. Judy was great to respond quickly and answer all my questions.

Promise not met

The condo had a great deck, view and location. However we call and talked with owner. She said the condo could fit our group. It is advertised as being able to sleep 6 however their not enough sheets, towel etc for our group size as promised. She also said she would make sure an extra cot would be there for us upon our arrival. That wasn't the case either. We had to bug the office to find us everything we needed to make beds etc. we felt the condo owner was nice to talk with on the phone but the condo was not prepared for our group size as promised. The condo office scrambled to get us extra items but also stated they were not responsible for extras as they handle the condos in the building that aren't privately owned.

Owner's Response: Debbie, I appreciate you taking the time to write a review. I know you arrived July 22nd and departed July 27th. I can only apologize for your inconvenience. I know you required late arrival and Jannette provided instructions. On check in all guests are asked to check the condo for approval. The condo has a king size bed, queen size bed, 1 twin, queen size sofa sleeper and a rollaway twin bed in the closet (enough for 8 guests). All extra sheets for the sofa and the rollaway bed are on the shelves in the closet. I know you said you were a family of 6 guests, so I cannot imagine what must have happened. As you can see from the reviews, I have had nothing but positives. As far as all of the condos are concerned, they are all privately owned and individually decorated. Some do not have bedding for 6, but mine definitely does. I just spent a week there myself. ( July 29th – August 5th) There were 6 sets of towels and towel exchange is every day from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM. If you had more than 6 guests, you should still be accommodated. And with the bedding I described above, there is definitely accommodations for 8 guests. I know it is after the fact, but I wish you had called me the first day you arrived and I would have taken care of any extra needs or requests. South Padre Island is a wonderful place to visit and I know you were there for a special occasion. Hope you have a reason to return and will give my condo an opportunity once again. Happy guests are very important to me. Thanks again for your review. Judy

Great location and beach access. Friendly staff

Staff was great, condo was clean and had all the essentials needed. The pool wasn't as nice as we hoped for and linens were old. No washer and dryer in the condo but coin operated just outside of our condo.
