The apartment is on the 2nd and 3rd level and has an area of about 50m². There is a bathroom, and a living room as well as large covered patio on the ground floor. Shower bath with seat is furnished with shower and towels, toothbrush holders and hair dryer. Living room with an attractive sofa set, large wardrobe, cable TV and 2 sleeping accommodation is suited for kids’ room. It has a stair case inside to the first floor. There is a large living/ bedroom with variable beds, a small cosy sofa set, a mini HiFi stereo system(CD and MC), flat screen cable TV with DVD player, a cordless telephone (free local calls through landline), a well sorted books/games shelf and current info material for Berlin and surrounding areas. A good furnished pantry kitchen is integrated with a dining area for 4 persons. The villa stands on a garden plot of 830 m² with sauna/lawn, garden pond, patio and barbecue area. Arrival: Coming from A2, A9 or A13, A12: From A2, A9 to A10 towards Frankfurt/or up to Schönefeld crossing, from A12 to A10 and to Schönefeld crossing, A113 towards Berlin, Schönefeld-North exit (Attention: To Schönefeld-South always stay on right, always- even in the exit), approx. 2 km to junction-right after Altglienicke right in Bohnsdorfer Weg, 1.crossroad on the left, 1. crossroad again on the left and stop immediately on the right side of the street. You have reached your destination!

Coming from A24: Havelland delta on A10 up to Oranienburg delta, on A111 till the end and drive further on A113 till the exit at highway line 5 (AS 5)-Rudow/Adlershof; further up to 2. signal on the right in Wegedorn Street.; next signal on the left in Rudower Street. At the next signal crossing on the right in Köpenicker Strasse. Turn left in Bohnsdorfer Weg in the first right bend up the mountain, over the first crossing and then turn left twice. Second house on the right side is your destination.

Coming by train in Berlin: Continue driving from arrival station Schöneweide, East railway station, zoological or hitch-hiker railway station in the direction of Schönefeld airport with suburban railway line S9 or S45 up to Altglienicke (2 stations before Schönefeld). Or if you come in to Schönefeld, 2 stations to Altglienicke with each suburban train. From there with the bus 160 to Germanenstrasse/ corner of Normannenstrasse. Change to the other side of the street and then follow the bus 20 m on the left around the corner and you are on your destination.

Close to Schonefeld airport ( 15 euro taxi ) , quiet neighborhood, restaurants in the vecinity, nice back yard, 45 min to Alexanderplatz, very discreet host ( only german speaking ? ),well equiped kitchen, big bathroom , small first floor room , big attic.

Owner's Response: Mit dem ÖPNV (1x umsteigen und max.. 200m Fußweg) zahlen Sie vom Flughafen bis zu uns 3€ pro Person. Wir holen Sie auch ab, wenn alles in unseren Mazda 323 passt. Der Hinterhof ist unser liebevoll gestalteter Garten. Etwas englisch spreche ich auch und wenn Sie langsam reden verstehe ich Sie vielleicht auch. Wenn Sie Fragen haben - einfach fragen.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage.

Für unseren Kurztrip nach Berlin, waren wir mit unserer Wahl für diese Ferienwohnung sehr zufrieden. Sie liegt im ruhigen Stadtbezirk Altglienicke, in einer kleinen Seitenstraße. Unser Auto konnten wir, gegen einen kleinen Aufpreis, unterm Carport abstellen und haben es dann während unseres Aufenthaltes auch nicht mehr bewegt, da die Verkehrsanbindung zum Zentrum(Bus, S-und U-Bahn) sehr gut ist.

Die Unterkunft hat eine schöne Terrasse und einen großen Garten. Von den technischen Geräten(Geschirrspüler, Fernseher usw.) ist sie bestens ausgerüstet und auch sonst fehlt es an nichts. Zur Information liegen viele Broschüren bereit und wenn man Fragen hat, hilft der Vermieter auch gerne weiter.

Auch Dank dieser Ferienwohnung hatten wir einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in Berlin und können sie weiter empfehlen.

Ich habe die FeWo zum wiederholten Mal genutzt - es ist alles da, was man zum Wohlfühlen braucht. Die Gastgeber sind sehr charmant - also werde ich auch weiterhin gern bei meinen Berlin-Besuchen hier einkehren.

Sehr schöne, ruhig gelegene Ferienwohnung

Wir (2 Erwachsene, 1 Kind) können nur Positives vermelden. Ruhige, sehr nette Vermieter; eine echt gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung, wo es an nichts fehlte. Besonders hat uns gefallen, dass es eine zweite Toilette im oberen Bereich gab. Ebenso, dass es die Möglichkeit gab, gegen einen geringen Aufpreis, den Carport zu nutzen. So musste unser Auto die Woche über nicht auf der Straße stehen, da wir es nicht benötigten. Die Verkehrsanbindung ist sehr gut, was uns besonders zugute kam, da wir hauptsächlich mit Bus und Bahn unterwegs waren. Fazit: Absolut empfehlenswert!

It takes 5 minutes by car up to Grünau Regattastrecke or to the Adlershof Science and Media centre (WISTA), 15 - 20 minutes to the city centre or to Lake Müggelsee/Müggel hills. Take a round trip around Berlin city and Potsdam, beautiful lake tours with Reederei Riedel or Stern- und Kreisschifffahrt or make use of the huge theatre and concert offer or museums and exhibitions to ever changing themes. Shopping facilities for all needs in all price ranges with a wide variety is found in Alt-Köpenick, Bölschestrasse, Alex, Oranienburger Strasse, Friedrichstrasse, Wilmersdorfer Strasse, Ku-Damm oder Schönhauser alley (Each of our 12 city borough has at least 1 to 3 visitors centre). Or travel with bicycle along the dam or River Spree, after the Müggel hills or Gosen mountains or rent a rowing boat, solar boat or paddle boat and sail privately over Berlin’s waterways.
