This 'TRUE' SKI-IN/SKI-OUT Saddlewood Luxury Townhouse is as close to perfect as it gets! Literally located on the trail, ski/board downhill 30 seconds and you are on the Snowflake Chairlift, which will take you to Base 8 or 9 - no need to carry your equipment. Competitive Rates! The best value for your vacation dollar! Exceptional townhouse for those who appreciate views, extra amenities and location (located on the slopes and only 2.5 blocks from town).

Gorgeous and immaculate, open floor plan with 9 foot ceilings. Private wooded area with mountain views in an upscale neighborhood. One of the largest one bedrooms in Breck with over 800 square feet. New Plush Carpet (Sept 2015) Quiet with only two other units attached. Designated parking. Sleeps 2 to 4 comfortably! Master suite with a king bed and a sofa bed in the living room provides for two separate sleep areas each with its own full size tiled bathroom (perfect for 2 couples or parents & children).

Take a mid-day ski break and come home for lunch, ski/board directly to the private entrance. After a day on the slopes return to relax your muscles in your own private outdoor hot tub with ski trail and mountain views (just 5 steps out the door).

Town is a short walk, drive or shuttle ride (shuttle stop 1 block away). However, if you decide to eat-in, you will find a spacious modern gourmet and fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, alder cabinets and a breakfast bar.

5 Stars at Snowflake Lift

Being in the travel industry and calling Breckenridge my home mt gives me a wide range of experiences to draw from and IMO gives a good take on what Breckenridge has to offer. This is a great spot that is ski-in /ski-out. Many claim this, but this truly is ski to the front door- ski out the front door. Impressive- the unit itself is well cared for - modern - comfortable - enjoyable - clean. All the items I think that hit on the top end of peoples list. The owners are also very personably - easy to work with - & very accommodating. The unit has everything one needs or has come to expect. I have no negatives and couldn't have asked for a better home for a few days. I'll defiantly keep the unit at the top of my list and look forward to staying here a few times per year.

Winter wonderland~perfect location!

Another WONDERFUL stay at one of our favorite Breckenridge places to stay. LOVE the new sofa sleeper with memory foam mattress and the daybed sofa. Hidden gem right next to the Snowflake lift. The views are amazing and the condo has everything you need to cook a yummy meal and is also walking distance to town. The owners are wonderful to work with. I think this is our four or fifth stay. Thanks Nathan & Cheryl for sharing your home with our family!

Convenient, Comfortable, Clean!

We love this place! We have been coming to this perfect little mountain spot for 3 years now, and love the easy access to the ski shop and lift, the convenience to the town, and the comforts of the home. One of our favorite parts of each day is sliding into the hot tub and watching the skiers ski home from their days out on the mountain. Nathan and Cheryl are wonderful hosts, checking in by email frequently to make sure things are ok and that we have everything we need.

LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION!

This was my first VRBO experience and it was a huge success. The condo had everything we needed. There was three of us and we never ran out of space. The condo sits by the snow flake lift and by the time we left we had it figured out how to access the whole mountain and ski right to the back door with out skipping a beat. This was a trip we will never forget. As a business owner I really respect the thoroughness or the transaction and the Ruff's professionalism.

Great condo!

This was our 2nd stay at the condo and we hope to come back again! The condo is located at such a great location and the view is awesome, especially when it's snowing - it's just so peaceful with the pine trees. We were lucky to see 3 moose by the Four O'Clock run and the little fox that roams around. The Ruffs have made sure to stock the condo with everything that is needed for a comfortable, relaxing stay.

Perfect Small Family Condo

This is a great and spacious 1 bedroom/2 full bath condo that very clearly reflects the Owner's care and attention. The condo is very clean and cozy, with picturesque views of Snowflake Trail - it was perfect for our family of 4 with 2 pre-adolescent children. You can't get any closer to Snowflake lift than this - maybe 20 steps out the back door to Snowflake Trail, pop on your skis, then ski down Snowflake Trail for about 20 yards, and you're in the lift line. The only caution would be that the very last part of Snowflake Trail right before the lift is a a bit steep/narrow (but very short), so beginner skiers may want to walk down it with their gear instead of ski it. The condo truly is ski in/ski out, but just know that parts of Snowflake Trail (and Lower Sawmill Trail) are FLAT, so be prepared for that when skiing back to the condo via Snowflake Trail - it's a bit of work on skis, but it also gives you the chance to slow down and enjoy the amazing views in the trees and of the pond. Most days, we took our lunch break by skiing from Peak 8 to the Condo for a warm lunch in the condo (better quality and more affordable food) and a chance to kick back and recharge for more afternoon skiing, and the location of this condo makes that super-easy to do, which is a very nice bonus.

Couple of other noteworthy things:

-- the unit has a washer/dryer inside off of the kitchen, which is a nice bonus

-- the private hot tub on the patio is also a nice bonus

-- this unit does not have a garage or covered parking, but does have 2 reserved parking spots on the other side of the unit, and you do have to go up/down a flight of outdoor stairs to get to the unit from the cul-de-sac

-- As with pretty much everything in Breck, be prepared to walk and haul gear if you are going to use the free City Bus system - there are bus stops very close to this condo (at the base of Snowflake Lift and off the main road to the condo).

We would stay at this condo again in a heartbeat. The Owner's are very thorough and friendly, and made sure we had contact information for anything that might have come up during our stay. Book this condo with confidence!
