Very nice house, comfortable and roomy.

We were 2 families sharing a long weekend getaway. The 2 master bedroom layout was perfect for us. The pool was very enjoyable as well. The house is well maintained and very clean. Very close to all the attractions. The clubhouse is very close, with a large pool, tennis and basketball, pool tables and ping pong. We enthusiastically recommend both the house and the community.

CLEAN!!!! Enjoyed the space immensely. Perfect.

Wow! What a wonderful home. We celebrated our daughter's high school graduation by booking this home for 7 of us. It fit us perfectly and was clean and well maintained. Beds were comfy, just like my own home. We enjoyed the space immensely. Very quiet all day and all night. Instructions were easy to follow. We visited the clubhouse, but mostly we went to Universal Studios. Could not think of a single negative. Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful home with us. We hope to be back. Very nice!

I want to start of first by saying that the property was lovely and suited ALL our needs. Spacious and location, location, location! Loved the secured gated community.

I am not stating these following comments to put down the property in any way, as we would have no problem renting it again someday. However, I will point out a few things that need to be addressed or some TLC. As a rental property owner myself, I rely on other parties to take care of and make me aware of any and all issues that may need to be addressed from time to time. Such as property management, maintenance, etc. After all, if it is not brought to the owners attention, then we simply will not know any of these potential issues.

1st issue, checking in. While it was not rocket science, arriving very late at night, it was a inconvenience. Long story short, we did not retrieve our entry package and key until an hour or more of confusion. The management company you are using is quite different then the "norm". Perhaps if you provided a lock box at the main gate of the community, it would save a lot of time and aggravation. And drop off early in the morning was another inconvenience. (Ironically while we were dropping off our key, another "new" renter came there and were totally confused, and I had to explain to them what to do}.

2nd issue, a solar blanket on your pool would have helped keep the heat in at night so as we didn't loose it during the day.

3rd issue, your garbage disposal is leaking, and has so for quite some time, therefore maintenance should have repaired this for you. Because your cabinet is attaining quite an amount of water damage.(Did not affect us, just though you would like to know)

4th issue, your pool is leaking water continuously. The neighboring pool maintenance man, came by and topped off your pool water level several times. He also made "your" pool maintenance man aware of this.

5th issue, shortage of towels, especially having no Pool Towels. Every home I ever rented in the past, always had pool towels. Not sure if you did have plenty and they are depleting without your knowledge. Just thought you'd like to know. We purchased new pool toys and floating beds and left behind for the next renter.

Again, while I am pointing out these areas, this in no way reflects how I felt about your home. Beautiful! Just thought you would like it brought to your attention, as I'm thinking your persons you've entrusted and are paying, are not fulfilling their end.

Great for Young Family

Nice home, clean, awesome clubhouse. Perfect for family with young children due to layout and size of home. It's a four bedroom but the living space is small. Private bathrooms definite plus. There is one main living/kitchen/dinning area then all bedrooms are DIRECTLY off of that area. Picture a flower with main living area the center and bedrooms the petals. So we can clearly hear living room TV in all bedrooms. Again fine for young families not good for parents who like to go to bed and teens that like to stay up late. Pool is small. The houses are close together, like condos but individual homes. Definitely can see and hear other families enjoying their pools. We have teens so not a great home for us. We like to sleep in a little later but the neighborhood is up with young kids early. No other TV room or sitting room other than main area. For those with teens/preteens you know how critical space is. So, layout not good and too small for us overall.
