Exceeded all expectations!

We rented both 902 and 903 and cannot say enough about the units. Our expectations were exceeded in every way possible. Waking up to the ocean and pool views every morning was a perfect way to start the day. The beaches and pools were never overly crowded. The resort bar was a great place to sit back and unwind. And the town center had plenty of restaurants and shops so you never really had to leave the area. We had people in our group ranging from the ages of 3-64 and the feedback from everyone was that they couldn't have asked for more. My daughter particularly loved being able to see Mickey Mouse after a short walk over to the Aulani resort for a character breakfast.

The amenities were of the highest quality and the rental process was effortless! Hoping to make it back next year for a full two weeks. Missing it already!

Great spot!

We just returned from our stay at this vacation villa, and it was wonderful! The property was clean, updated, and a nice place to relax. But aside from the condo itself, I have to say that we really appreciated working with Mike when a situation came up that required us to reschedule our trip. He was very flexible in dealing with our unique situation. Thank you!

The only thing that I wish was different was the pool situation. It wasn't that friendly for kids, as no types of balls, floaty items, etc. were allowed. We ended up spending much of our time in the lagoon instead.

Owner's Response: We do understand some of the frustration with the policy of the Resort on limiting certain toys and flotation devices. The resort has tried to balance the need of ALL guests, this is sometimes very hard to do. In light of that, the Lagoon is an outstanding area for those activities that our resort policy does not allow.

Great location in Ko Olina

We stayed with our extended family December 16-23rd. We rented both 902 and 903 which was great since they share a hallway all by themselves so we could visit back and forth without disturbing other guests. Great ocean view from both lanais as well as golf course views from the bedrooms. Lots of room for everyone. Kitchen had every appliance you could need. Lots of beach towels as well as beach toys and beach chairs which came in handy. We mostly used the lagoon pool as we have small children (the lap pool is the quiet area) and we never had trouble finding a few chairs to sit in while the kids played. The lagoon is just outside the complex and much less crowded than the lagoons in front of the Aulani and the Marriott. Short walk to the Paradise Cove Luau as well as the small shopping center with market as well as several restaurants. Overall great place to stay and we'd definitely come back.

Beautiful. Highly recommend

Highly recommend. Beautiful property. Spacious. Clean. Has to be best value on island. Had just spent a couple nights at lanai island four seasons manele bay in standard garden view room at $1100 per night for business. This 2 bedroom 2 bath suite was less than a third of th cost with direct ocean views, gourmet kitchen, clean, ocean facing lanai, and much more spacious. Pools, beach bar, workout facility, ocean front paved running path, great snorkeling, several top notch restaurants nearby. This place is a true gem. Thanks Mike for making available.

Resort style as always

We stay at the Beach Villas every year. We love it there. This year our stay was no different. The quiet side of the island with perfect weather. Every day in the pool and in the lagoon. The villa (2 bedroom) was roomy enough for our family of four. I hope to keep it my secret so I'm not going to write any more.
