A maximum of nine people sleep in their own beds in this very clean, cozy, well maintained unit in the heart of Historic Park City. Historic Main Street is 2 blocks away for shopping and dining to suit every budget. The Quittin Time ski run comes down directly behind our building, giving easy access to the Town Lift which takes you to all the runs.
This spacious (1,800 sq. ft.) unit has a multi-level layout that is ideal for two families. Separate living and dining allows for multiple activities. Bedrooms on three different levels provide privacy.
Nine people can be accommodated COMFORTABLY with one king, one queen, 2 twin beds, and a bunk with double, twin, and trundle. The bedroom with the bunk has beds for 4, taking the theoretical capacity to 10. This will work fine for a younger couple with two grade school kids or 4 kids by themselves. 4 adults would not be recommended as the adult in the trundle bed will have the thinnest matress in the unit and will have people climbing over them in the night to get to the bathroom.
1st floor has wood floors, second and third level are carpeted. The living room features a leather couch and recliner. A gas fireplace provides atmosphere. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender. There is a private sauna, and high speed Wi-Fi internet access. Flat screen TV's with HD programming for the living room, master bedroom, and top floor suite. All TV's have a Roku with Netflix and Amazon Prime Video programming plus loads for free channels, , plus an an XBox 360. Parking consists of a one-car garage with an additional parking spot on the heated driveway.
Park City, Deer Valley, and Canyons are only minutes away.

About Christer Whitworth
Jane and I live in Salt Lake City. Our children are all grown but we often get together at our Park City getaway. We love Park City year round, especially in summer to escape the heat of the city. It is a great place with festivals, concerts, golf, hiking, biking, more. Jane and I have traveled extensively and can say without a doubt that Park City is a great destination, one you can get to from anywhere in just a few hours.
Christer Whitworth purchased this Condo in 1999
Why Christer Whitworth chose Old Town
Back in 1999, we were looking for a weekend getaway not far from out home in Salt Lake City. We were shown a variety of places in Deer Valley and closer to the Park City Ski Area Resort Center. My wife in particular wanted to be close to Main Street, so we were thrilled when we were shown this unit. Spacious (1,800 sq. ft.), multi level, not too new or too fancy, it fit the bill. We are only second owner of this property. The previous owner was a full time resident so it didn't show the usual wear and tear of a long term vacation rental. Still doesn't.
What makes this Condo unique
You can ski to the Town Lift from the back door (short, 75 yard level traverse) and take the Quittin Time run to get back to the unit. You can buy tickets at the Town Lift. No need to get in your car! If you aren't in the mood to ski, Main Street is a short, two block walk where you can find shopping and dining for every taste and budget.

Great home and location
This is a great place to stay. Location was two blocks from town and ski out the back door. It was clean, well maintained and well furnished.
Ski In / Ski Out
We just completed our ski vacation out here in Park City. We had a wonderful time. We were a group of 6 - a couple we ski with every year, and this year my son and his wife joined us. The location was great - ski in and ski out was no problem, and at night my kids were able to get away from the old folks and easily walk to Main Street Park City. Since we cook in almost all of our meals (we hit Costco before arriving) a good working kitchen is important to us. And by far this was the best cookware and knives (sharp for once!). There were no horribly warped frying pans!. Decor of the apartment was also nicely done, pictures were actually interesting to look at for once. TVs, Internet, Fireplace etc... all had well documented instructions - that was a big plus. And my compliments to Christer who was always quick to respond to any questions we had.
Thanks for the kind words. Glad you had a good time.
many many steps, but worth it
We had no idea that we would have to haul everything up 4 sets of stairs--30 steps--Then we had many more steps to some of the bed rooms. After we settled in and got used to the place it was very comfortable. The walk to down town and back was a real challenge--I lost count of the number of steps (stairs) it took. But over all we had a great week - except I got the wrong departure date on my calendar and we had no place to go. The owner was a great help. Skiing was great the last 3 days.
Great Location, Great Owner
Super convenient location with easy access to Old Town and to the lift. Christer provided clear and timely communication and great insights into the local area.
Great place to stay!
This was the perfect place to stay! Very warm amd cozy. There were 9 of us, 6 adults and 3 young children. Plenty of room. Easy walk into town and a great sledding hill right behind us. Christer, the owner, was always very quick to answer any questions. Highly recommend this propery!!
Cozy, welcoming and great location!
Thanks for making the home so welcoming. It was great to have a lot of the kitchen/cooking necessities there. Loved the fews, fireplace was cozy, open layout was nice for large group. We would have loved to be able to check out the ski-in/ski-out option BUT snow did not co-operate😢 I am not sure beginners could do well with this anyway....and it is good info to pass along to rent equipment at the townlift....so you can store your things there and have a shorter walk if not skiing in....we rented at the resort and it was a longer hike...this is just FYI for future renters.
Thanks again! You were a wonderful host and answered all my questions quickly!
Glad you had a great time. Sorry about the snow! We try hard to offer a place we would want to go to.
