Family friendly home within walking distance to the Village, red line shuttle, and the restaurants & shops on Main Street. Bus stop 15 is just a quick walk out to the street. You can hop on the bus and take it to the village (and catch the Gondola to Canyon Lodge) or ride it all the way up to the main lodge. Flat screen TV’s & DVD's in all rooms (a bonus that most homes don't have), Wireless Internet Access, DVR Cable and many more amenities to make you feel at home!
Spacious and great interior is this 2000 sq. ft, 3 bedroom + loft, 2.5 bath home located on Main Street (near Minaret Blvd). Mammoth Gateway Village townhomes are 5-story detached homes (no common walls) with two car garage, vaulted ceilings, custom gourmet kitchen and much more. There is a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The living room has TV, DVR Cable, DVD, IPOD AM/FM stereo,a computer on TV, gas fireplace and ceiling fan.
The extremely large master suite on the third floor has a king bed, high ceilings, sitting area with a comfy chair, a desk and chair to put on make up or use your laptop, small balcony, TV, DVD, ceiling fan and luxurious spa tub in large master bath. The loft on the top floor has a full size futon bed (made up and ready for you), TV, DVD and ceiling fan. The private bottom floor has two bedrooms and a full bathroom. The first bedroom has a bunk bed with a full on the bottom and twin on top, TV & DVD. The second bedroom has a queen bed, TV, DVD and its own private deck with access to a great snow playing area for the kids.
As you enter the unit, you'll find a 1/2 bath and closet with full washer/dryer.
This home is non-smoking and pets are not allowed. Parking is limited at Mammoth Gateway (especially in the winter). Only two vehicles maximum and both vehicles must park inside the garage. There is additional parking available at Mammoth RV Park in town.

Mammoth is my Happy Place!! I grew up going to mammoth for almost 46 years now (since I was 6 years old- you figure out the math :) It was a passion of my parents (especially my fathers) to drive up from LA all the time with friends and family and enjoy the skiing and bonding time that we all shared. It has always been a dream of mine to own a home in Mammoth that I can call my own, create memories with my husband and daughter and share it with others as well. My passion is skiing, but my daughter is growing up doing both skiing and snowboarding, so I am extremely excited to have purchased this home so that I can leave this legacy for her to come here many more years to come as well.
I am making our home a place where we have all the things we love around us (kitchen amenities, TV's, board games, comfy beds and pictures to remind us of all the fun we have up in Mammoth). This home is not just a rental, but a place where I hope everyone can also enjoy what we have to offer and create their own family memories. I have a guest book that I hope guests will leave their comments for us others to read so we can all share the fun we have while up in Mammoth (and any suggestions and feedback they might have as well)!Hoping our guests will come back over and over again for many years to come.
Our stay at this property was truly amazing. The house is much roomier and larger than it looks in the pictures, and all of the furniture is very nice. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could need for cooking, and the computer connected to the TV made entertainment very accessible. This property is only a short walk or 2 shuttle stops to the Mammoth Village, which made getting to the mountain very convenient. We parked our two mini vans easily in the garage and did not need to drive them at all during the stay. We would love to stay here again, and we gladly recommend it to our friends and relatives.
Cabin was nicely decorated but still had a fun decor. Exactly what you want in a mt cabin feel. Nice open space behind the house for free play. Really close to the tram stop as well. Nicely organized kitchen with everything you could need.
We recently stayed at this beautiful townhouse. It was nice to stay a place in mammoth that was so new and nicely furnished. It will fully stocked, including timed coffee maker nice appliances, pots and pans, TV's in every room, soft linens and towels...you name it! We have stayed here twice, once in the winter and once in the summer. Winter is nice because you get the two car garage, you can walk to the shuttle and restaurants, and there is a nice entry area to take off your boots and gloves, and we enjoyed the switch on fireplace...so easy and warm! Summer is nice for the same reasons, but we also LOVE the walk behind the house along the golf course...so beautiful and very private. Julie was great at providing detailed arrival and departure information, and was just a phone call away for any questions we had. We fit two families nicely. There are some steep stairs heading up to the living room/kitchen area, but they also have a gate that works well if you have small children. Can't wait for our next visit!
This home was perfect! We were two families of 4 and found this home to be cozy and very comfortable. The place is clean, well maintained and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and then some. There was even a bottle of wine for us to enjoy. The location was perfect! It was only minutes away from the Village where we ate dinner a couple of nights and just down the street from Canyon Lodge. The owner was very helpful, providing a welcome packet before our arrival. Last, my deposit was refunded the day after we checked out! We will definitely return!
What a great experience enjoyed by our family in this lovely Mammoth townhouse! We choose always to rent our vacation homes from the owner because they tend to take great pride in their hospitality. This home was the very best yet. It was well prepared to the last detail. The listing description was accurate in terms of location and setting. It was close to everything. The photos are good, but do not completely capture the cozy feel of this spacious, extremely well appointed home. The level of care and detail given to making every space clean and tidy, very attractive with a beautiful ambiance, and generally welcoming was top flight. Every corner of the townhouse was clean and well maintained. This very positive experience first began when we made contact with the owner. I worked with Julie who was tremendously informative and caring from the beginning. She made the process for making arrangements easy, quick, and complete. Directions and information on managing all aspects from alarms to clean-up were communicated in a clear and easily followed print out. With little effort we became completely familiar with how to deal with all that mattered to us. The living area was attractively decorated for Christmas - neat and comfortable as was the kitchen, the bedrooms and bath areas. The bedding was fresh. There were plenty of towels, the kitchen had all one could possibly need to create a lovely meal. We had four adults and three children and everyone found something to entertain them. TV, DVD, sleds, games, space for quiet reading, lovely views, snowy backyard for playing. We had everything needed for a fun, comfortable stay. The Mammoth community was terrific with very nice eating places, shopping, markets and of course skiing accommodations. Our family hopes to make this lovely townhouse an annual tradition. Everything was perfect. I would not hesitate to give this property my highest recommendation.
We enjoyed our stay in this house. Issues we had with previous properties that we rented was dust, bad heating etc. Owners of this property, on the other side, take care of the house really well. Heating works great, no need top wake up in the middle of the night to turn it on or off. House is clean and Julie is really helpful with every request that we had.
