This beautiful Mid Century home built in 1951, with hardwood floors throughout, is located on a sunny quiet street in the Sunrise Park area in Central Palm Springs, just minutes from the airport, classic downtown village shopping, restaurants, casinos, tennis courts, entertainment and world class golf.
This large, spacious 3,000 sq ft home with lush tropical landscaping, crystal blue pool and large spa is perfect for large groups and small gatherings. The inviting living room has a gas fireplace, 60 inch flat screen TV, Bose theater surround sound, and double French doors that lead out to the pool area.
The Bose system is set up in almost every room.
The chandelier accented formal dining room seats eight (but available chairs can be added to seat ten) and the kitchen is gorgeous with beautiful cabinetry, granite counter tops and island, recessed lighting, and high-end appliances.
The U shaped design with a two master bedrooms and two regular sized bedrooms at each corner increase the privacy and enjoyment of groups. All bedrooms have pillow top. Simmons mattresses. The main master has an exquisite sauna shower, walk in closet and peaceful reading alcove. The second master also has private bath, large reading area and an atrium.
The large pool area has a covered bar area with bar stools, television, sink and dishwasher. A high-end gas powered BBQ grill makes for the perfect afternoon or evening soiree.
The additional outside fireplace, combined with the accent lighting in the patio/pool area create an inviting ambiance for evening nights by the pool.

I am an avid horsewoman and live in Sonoma, California. I trail ride and horse camp all over California ;). I was raised in Mill Valley, Ca went to High School at Villanova Prep in Ojai and and went to college at UCSB. I am an event producer by trade, but I work to go horse camping ;) You'll mostly be in contact with my Property Manager, Terri. He's available 24/7 and is very personable and dedicated to the guest' experience.

I bought this property as a primary home eight years ago. I have six horses so eventually I thought it best to have a ranchette that has horse facilities. Rather than rent full time, I turned my place into a VRBO rental, mostly so I could come visit it too. It's an awesome house with a great feel to it and a lot of unique aspects to Palm Springs, especially the hardwood floors. You just don't find that in hotter climates.
My property manager is the best there is .....He meets you when you arrive, conducts a brief was helpful tour of the house, and hands over the keys. If you need anything or have questions, he's available during you stay at a moment's notice.
It's a very private home with numerous upgrades and plenty of individual privacy as the home is shaped in a U. The pool area is beautiful and its wonderfully landscaped with mature grapefruit, orange, tangerine, lemon and lime trees!
I've had a long term rental in for the past year and a half but are now gladly in a position to offer this wonderful home to our VRBO guests again, thus the absence of recent five stars. I'm committed as always to making sure my guests have a wonderful experience at this gorgeous home. Currently, it's being updated and will look and feel even better than before! I'm excited to offer it again and honestly, to use it myself. It's an awesome home.
What a fantastic stay in Palm Springs! Home is very spacious and is very accommodating to children. Pool is on the smaller side but it was big enough since our children are young. Got both a early check in as well as a late check out which helped us immensely. Home was very clean and well maintained. Kitchen was stocked with everything you need to cook. The only I'd say is that the bbq outside seemed pretty old and the heat was very uneven as well as the TV outside doesn't work.
The home is specious, comfortable and well stocked with everyday living needs. First time in Palm Springs for our annual group get away, easy location, easy to find and close to markets and a quick drive to down town area. Easy to rent and communicate with owner, the property manager was very helpful, informative and quick to respond to any questions we had. Only one inconvenience the air conditioning in one of the master bedrooms did not stay on over night and could not keep up with the heat during the day. But over all a great weekend get away! Stayed at the home with some friends during the Coachella music festival, the home is within walking distance of a shuttle stop so it made it very easy. Home was also very close to numerous grocery stores and restaurants.
The house was perfectly clean upon arrival and all the beds were nice and clean. Its the perfect place for a get together, nice large pool, outdoor tv and BBQ grill.
The overall experience was pleasant, from the booking to check out. The owner and property manager were great with their communications. So many amenities in the house. Beautiful estate. If you are looking for a house to accommodate 10 people to an enjoyable weekend, here you are. Thank you Mariah and Terry for great hospitality.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the facilities were fantastic. The bedrooms are separated for privacy and quiet for sleeping. The kitchen was fully equipped and spacious. The house is close to town and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again. The owner and manager were very easy to deal with.
Spent a family weekend with eight adults and four children 3 to 7 months. In town for our fourth Tour de Palm Springs bike ride, we were looking for a large enough space to take our expanding family. Two families, two other sisters, grandparents and the four grandchildren were easily accommodated in this house. Two of the bedrooms were enormous master suites at one end of the house. The other two bedrooms were at the other end of the house, each with a queen bed. The area was very quiet, and everyone slept well in comfortable beds. The pool and jacuzzi were well used, and the dining room had enough chairs and space to take all the adults for dinner. The best house we have rented for a full family vacation, very close to downtown where there is lots of life for the young at heart. Our hosts could not have been more helpful.
