Adorable two bedroom, two bath property located only 6 blocks west of the Santa Fe Plaza. Beautiful hand-plastered walls throughout, Kiva fireplace in living room, great kitchen with custom cabinets and Talavera tile accents. The master bedroom features a king size bed with luxurious linens and pillows (king can be made into 2 twins) and also a flat screen TV. The master bedroom also has a brand new bathroom addition with shower. The guest bedroom area has a queen size bed, luxury linens and patio doors that open to back yard. There is a full bath in hallway. Additional features include dining area that seats 4 comfortably, central air conditioning, High speed wireless internet, Cable TV. Fantastic, high-walled landscaped courtyard with HOT TUB adjacent to the patio area and low-voltage outdoor lighting. This home is light and bright and a perfect 'Get-Away' vacation home. Adorable, relaxing and clean
Loved this adorable place! So charming. When we came in they had music playing for us and the hot tub was ready to go! Two bathrooms was so nice to have for three people and it’s a cheap Uber ride from downtown. Lots of clean towels and all the amenities in the kitchen. The one small thing I would have enjoyed was some DVDs and games. There is a dVD player and we wanted one movie night at home but there were no movies or board games.
Great Spring Break Trip
Had a great time with family on a spring break ski trip. The house was cozy and we enjoyed our stay!
I'l give it 3 Cs and an F......cozy, charming, comfortable.....and

Lovely casita in quiet neighborhood and short walk to Santa Fe Plaza along River Walk
We had a wonderful time in this pretty and ideally located casita. It had all the comforts of home with a gracious Santa Fe feel. The hot tub under the giant tree and stars was a great way to end each day. It is just one block to the Santa Fe River Walk, which provides a short, direct and pretty walk to the historic downtown Santa Fe and beyond up to Canyon Road. We highly recommend it!

Stayed for a month, and the house was perfect! Great location (walk to the plaza, groceries, rail yard). Kitchen was nicely equipped. Beautiful landscaped patio and hot tub we're so relaxing.

Walking distance to the plaza as well as Vanessie's Restaurant. This is an exceptionally nice restaurant with piano bar area too. There is DeVargas shopping center that has other restaurants, drug store, Sprouts market plus Albertson's grocery store less than 1 mile away.

This is a Non-smoking property and No Pets allowed. One half payment is due at time of booking and balance due 45 days prior to arrival. Full payment is due if booked less than 45 days in advance of arrival. Maez & Company is required to have a signed lease on all bookings (required by the NM Real Estate Commission) and a credit card authorization form filled out & signed as well. Maez & Company will process the balance remaining after guests book with HomeAway and after HomeAway charges the guest their booking/service fee. HomeAway Does Not collect the remaining funds due - only their booking fee. All remaining funds will be due Maez & Company Property Management as lawful agent for the owners of the property. Guests must print out rental agreement when they book the property, fill out & sign and return within 24 hours to complete the booking. Guests should return the lease & credit card authorization directly to the email listed on lease or can fax the lease to the fax number as well. Please contact us if you have any questions.
