There is also a full size guest bathroom. All bedrooms are supplied with quality linens for added comfort. The Gourmet kitchen is an ideal setting for creating some wonderful family meals or experimenting with a local recipe. Great location for our New Mexican getaway

We enjoyed this home for our New Mexican getaway. It was clean and the perfect size for us to rest in the evenings after days out exploring. The location had tons to do within 1 mile walking distance, including the Santa Fe plaza and all it's shops, museums, and restaurants. It was also close to the highways for day trips to Taos, Albuquerque, and Bandalier and Pecos National Parks. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe for our family, and we loved having a dedicated parking spot! I'd recommend setting the heater on a little warmer the night before a family comes to stay, since it takes a full day to heat up the home with the floor heating. Also, some sort of instructions on which thermostats worked for which rooms would have been great, so we didn't set the thermostat too high like we did the first night... and the heat wouldn't adjust itself until the next day. All in all though, thanks for a great and cozy stay!

Yes the radiant floor heat that is very popular in Santa Fe and especially for anyone with allergies but it takes 24 hours to heat up or cool down. We try to leave about 68 not knowing if people like it warmer or cooler. There are several thermostats that work the bedrooms and living room individually so that people can have bedrooms cooler if they like and the living room warmer. Thank you for letting us know your issues & I'll label them so the next guests will have an easier time. This little area is great as it is close to the plaza without being right in the middle with all the traffic & noise. It's a great area to walk around as well. Gorgeous & Convenient!

The condo is absolutely beautiful! We were with another couple and everyone had plenty of room. We spent a couple nights sitting on the patio enjoying the wonderful weather. The condo is within walking distant to many great restaurants and shopping. We had a blast! I highly recommend this condo!

Property was clean and very comfortable. Pamela Maez was particularly helpful. We accidentally left our camera equipment behind and she mailed it to us back in Texas - HUGE relief. If you rent - your getting an excellent property - even better landlord

Great Value in Santa Fe

We stayed there for a family min-vacation and enjoyed the quiet neighborhood away from the crowd. The inside is very modern and clean with all the amenities expected. The outside was not as appealing, but when you step through the door, you feel at home. Thank you for the opportunity to stay in this condo. It is a good location for shopping and close to several restaurants.

Very Nice, Clean, Affordable and Comfortable

Thank you for making our annual stay a memorable one! My son loved being able to walk to the skate park and our favorite shopping, dining and entertainment was just minutes away. Returning "home" each day was a comfy southwest dream of naturally beautiful accomodations. Everything was layed out and furnished so nicely :) Suggling with my wife in a leather lounge chair next to the central fireplace and viewing the snow topped mountains from the kitchen window and feeling the warmth of the beautiful stone tile floors made our vacation an experience we will remember. Parking was private right in front of the door and made it easy to get in and out of our adobe heaven. Maez Management was very attentive to our needs and went out of their way to make our stay extra special by delivering some special holiday decoration we requested :)The only thing that I would change is the shower heads in both baths, as they spray a little hard (not adjustable). We would definently come back to the Casa Don Felix anytime. Thank you so much for making our week extra special!!
