My husband and I moved to Suttons Bay in 1973 and raised our family here. I still live here as this is my primary residence and I rent it out when requested during the summer months to allow you the experience up north living.

Great for family reunions, wedding parties.
Thank you Mary Lou for sharing your lovely home! We shared our time here with our parents and siblings. Your home provided a wonderful "home base" for all of the festivities surrounding our daughter's wedding in Cedar. My folks enjoyed visiting with you. My daughters each shared meals here with us and also some time with their grandparents. The views here are spectacular. Your home is very comfortable and spacious. Thank you too for the welcoming locally made wine. We enjoyed our stay.
We rented this house to attend a family wedding at the nearby Brengman Brothers Vineyard and it was perfect. We had 3 families stay there and had beds for 3 sets of parents and all the kids. The home is well appointed and we didn't have to invest in any small items like bottle openers or sharp knives. The location is quiet but only 5 minutes from town and 20 minutes from downtown Traverse City.
Pictures did not show just how big this house was, it was incredible. Spacious rooms, very clean we slept more than a dozen! Owners were wonderful, very easy to work with and very accommodating. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.
Thanks for sharing your Beautiful Home and Countryside View with us Mary Lou! We truly enjoyed our stay. The location was central to all our activities and a great place for a large group. We'll spread the word and look forward to staying again in the future!!
